Bayesian MCMC Mapping of Quantitative Trait Loci in a Half-sib Design: a Graphical Model Perspective

Graphical models provide a powerful and flexible approach to the analysis of complex problems in genetics. While task-specific software may be extremely efficient for any particular analysis, it is often difficult to adapt to new computational challenges. By viewing these genetic applications in a more general framework, many problems can be handled by essentially the same software. This is advantageous in an area where fast methodological development is essential. Once a method has been fully developed and tested, problem-specific software may then be required. The aim of this paper is to illustrate the potential use of a graphical model approach to genetic analyses by taking a very simple and well-understood problem by way of example.     

THE EFFECT OF INVESTMENT IN INTERORGANIZATIONAL INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN A RETAIL SUPPLY CHAIN

The primary purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of investment in information technology in a supply chain. The results of that investigation are presented by focusing on an empirically tested supply chain relationship model containing both behavioral and operational constructs. The four behavioral constructs represented in the model are relationship trust, relationship commitment, relationship dependence, and long‐term relationship orientation. The four operational constructs represented in the model are retailer investment in interorganizational information technology, perceived supplier investment in interorganizational information technology, logistics efficiency, and logistics effectiveness. Among other findings, the results of the investigation found that perceived supplier investment in interorganizational information technology has a significant and positive effect on logistics efficiency.     

AN EVALUATION OF PROCESS‐ORIENTED SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT FRAMEWORKS

Supply chain management (SCM) is implemented by integrating corporate functions using business processes within and across companies. Several process‐oriented frameworks for SCM have been proposed but only two of these provide sufficient detail to enable implementation. We evaluate the Supply‐Chain Operations Reference (SCOR) framework and The Global Supply Chain Forum (GSCF) framework using four criteria and identify their relative strengths and weaknesses.     

资金约束下供应商的融资模式及风险防范

当前,商品市场的竞争越来越明显地体现在商品供应链上面,而矛盾的焦点在于很多供应商受资金短缺的约束,已与上下游企业之间产生严重的不协调现象,进而影响到下游制造商或零售商的利润,最终导致整体上供应链利润减少。面对资金约束问题,供应商应积极动员上下游企业尽可能地采取经济援助策略,增强融资的风险防范能力。其基本模式主要有：企业预付款融资模式、企业直接投资融资模式、企业担保下的银行融资模式。并通过采用价格折扣、收益共享、供应链保险等方法规避风险,达到供应链条及供应链上各企业可持续发展的目的。     

浅析多媒体技术在车辆工程教学中的应用

随着教育的发展 ,传统的教学方法已不能满足时代的需要 ,亟待运用现代教育技术手段 ,特别是多媒体的教学形式进入课堂 ,以发挥其特有的功能来提高学习效率。本文浅淡了如何在车辆工程教学中运用计算机多媒体的图、文、声、像并茂的特点 ,有效的激发学生的学习兴趣。

以京沪高铁桥上CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工为例,介绍了无砟轨道的基本结构、施工特点及难点;叙述了无砟轨道的施工工艺流程及工艺;阐明了无砟轨道施工中测量工作内容及轨道板精调注意事项;并对施工过程中的主要试验检测项目进行了陈述。文章对同类高铁CRTSⅡ型板式无砟轨道施工具有一定的借鉴。     

论我国钢铁行业与铁矿石贸易的协同发展

作为我国基础产业的钢铁行业近年来取得了巨大的发展,伴随而来的是与其密切相关的铁矿石贸易的发展,但是钢铁行业与铁矿石贸易并没有形成协同发展的良好局面。文章对目前我国钢铁行业和铁矿石贸易发展面临的问题进行了分析,基于此提出了我国铁矿石资源产业的发展战略。     

FDI技术溢出对我国创新能力影响的分析

随着经济全球化的发展,国家间的经济竞争日益激烈,自主创新能力越来越被认定为一国竞争力的主要标志。文章利用1991-2012年中国技术创新方面的数据,建立计量模型,研究了FDI对我国创新能力的影响。结果表明,我国自主RD投入是提高创新能力的最重要因素,而外商直接投资在整体上对我国研发和创新能力无非常明显的溢出效应。我国必须努力促进FDI的技术溢出效应,同时注重培育内资企业的自主创新能力。

科学技术的重要性不言而喻,很多思想家都对科学技术进行过探讨。哈贝马斯的科学技术理论的一大特点是提出了科学技术是第一生产力,并指出科学技术已具有了意识形态的功能,成为了＂技术统治的意识＂。哈贝马斯的科学技术理论,梳理了其提出的＂技术统治的意识＂的思想源流和主要特点,并在此基础了阐释了他对马克思基本理论的修正。     

专业教学中培养学生科技文献查阅及写作能力

土木工程专业人才应该具备较强的科技文献查阅及写作能力。基于此,以《路基路面工程》的教学为例,阐述了教学中加强学生科技文献查阅及写作能力培养的重要性,分析了科技文献查阅及写作的要点和途径。在专业教学的同时,实施学生科技文献查阅及写作能力的培养可以划分为三个阶段,即起步阶段教师的悉心指导、中期学生自行科技论文选材及撰写,以及后期教师的质量点评。
