窜货的成因及其对策研究:基于博弈论的视角

在我国企业的分销渠道建设中往往会遇到窜货现象。它是现代市场营销中经常遇到的一种行为，这种行为对渠道成员和产品制造商的伤害极大。对窜货现象进行剖析后，我们可以看出，产生窜货的原因多种多样。很多学者都对窜货现象的形成原因作了分析并撰写了文章。他们对窜货的形成原因进行分析时大多是从产品、价格、分销和促销这四个方面进行分析的。本文在对窜货的形成原因进行分析时应用博弈理论对窜货现象进行了分析并在分析的基础上提出了如何预防和避免窜货现象的对策。     

基于连锁企业的现代物流配送研究

物流配送在连锁企业发展中的关键作用越来越突出。连锁企业物流配送滞后成为制约连锁企业经营发展的瓶颈。因此．提高连锁经营企业核心竞争力的一个重要组成部分就是大力加强现代物流配送的发展。     

Credit market segmentation,essentiality of commodities,and supermodularity

We consider incomplete market economies where agents are subject to price-dependent trading constraints compatible with credit market segmentation. Equilibrium existence is guaranteed when either commodities are essential, i.e, indifference curves through individuals’ endowments do not intersect the boundary of the consumption set, or utility functions are concave and supermodular. The smoothness of mappings representing preferences, financial promises, or trading constraints is not required. Hence, we may include in our framework economies where ambiguity is allowed and agents maximize the minimum expected utility over a set of priors, or where markets include non-recourse collateralized loans.     

The role of speculation in international futures markets on commodity prices

The role of futures contracts on spot prices has been one of the key focus areas of research since the recent surge in commodity prices and increase in the volatility of commodity returns. However, no consensus arises from this literature, and hence it is difficult to link the use of futures contracts in agricultural commodities by non-hedgers and the growing food insecurity within developing countries. The purpose of this paper is to highlight causal relationships from futures contracts to spot prices of underlying assets, namely agricultural commodities. As research that focus on exchange-traded funds do not provide any clear conclusions, we focus on the imbalance between short- and long-open positions, this imbalance being caused by the exchange traded funds’ participation in futures markets. In this paper, we estimate relationships between financial variables including indicators for speculation in futures markets and the returns of cocoa, corn, soybean, wheat, coffee, rice, and sugar on a weekly basis from 1998 to 2013. Significant results lead to Granger-causality tests that in turn validate the hypothesis of a positive impact of speculation in futures markets to returns on the underlying commodities.     

浙江出口商品结构竞争力实证分析

全球金融危机引发的国际市场需求萎缩恶化了浙江的出口贸易环境,进一步使浙江出口商品的结构问题显现出来。分析了后危机时代浙江出口的总体情况、浙江出口商品的结构及浙江出口商品竞争力发展趋势。并对如何优化浙江出口商品结构提出了对策建议。     

Dependent development in South America: China and the soybean nexus

This article examines the expansion of the soybean complex in South America and the role of Chinese firms in expanding their presence in different sectors of the oilseed complex. The growth in trade relations between the two parties has been built on the export of primary commodities from South America and the import of Chinese manufactures—a trade pattern that reproduces core‐periphery dynamics identified by dependency theory scholars. Of particular importance in this bilateral trade is soybean, a crop that has been consolidated as the main export for several South American countries, fuelled by growing demand from China. This article explores China's role in the global political economy as a key agri‐business player and the implications for new relations of dependency by studying the strategies deployed by Chinese firms to increase their influence in the governance of the soybean nexus.     

我国连锁商业物流发展的对策

物流在连锁经营中起着至关重要的作用.由于物流技术及物流基础设施落后,物流管理人才短缺,加之受传统物流体制的影响,严重制约了我国连锁企业的发展.应加快信息网络建设和物流人才培养,选择合理的物流模式,制定完善的物流产业规划,以促进我国物流业的发展.     

关于政府打击假冒伪劣的机制分析

假冒伪劣是一个严重的经济问题。打击假冒伪劣,政府发挥着重要作用。本文通过建立一个具有完全信息的动态博弈模型并扩展到不完全信息,进而引入不确定性,分析了政府打击假冒伪劣的机制,在此基础上提出了政府打击假冒伪劣的措施建议。
