非居民个人外汇管理政策反馈及深度研究

随着我国对外开放的深入化、外资银行准入的全面化、交易方式创新的国际化．现有非居民个人外汇管理模式和手段必将面临新的挑战。本文对新形势下如何提高非居民个人外汇监管水平和服务效率．保持国际收支平衡，维护国家经济金融的安全稳定，进行了深入分析及研究。     

Impacts of Asynchronous Learning Networks on Individual and Group Problem Solving: A Field Experiment

An Asynchronous Learning Network (ALN) is a Computer-Mediated Communication System designed to support "anytime/anywhere" interaction among students and between students and instructors. A field experiment compared groups and individuals solving an ethical case scenario, with and without an ALN, to determine the separate and joint effects of communication medium and teamwork. Dependent variables include quality and length of the reports, and subjective perceptions of learning and satisfaction. The results indicate that that an ALN enhances the quantity and quality of the solutions to an ethical case scenario. The combination of teamwork with ALN-support increases the students' perception of learning. Although the perception of collaborative learning was similar between ALN-supported and unsupported groups, participants in computer-mediated groups reported lower perceptions of discussion quality than participants in manual groups.     

退耕农民参与长效性激励机制的产权分析

通过外部性理论解释了“退耕还林”中农民参与长效性不足的原因,介绍了我国现行的以个体承包制为代表的激励机制,指出了现行个体承包制中存在的产权制度不完整、产权落实不到位及界定模糊等问题,详细分析了这些问题对农民参与长效性的负面影响,并从私人收益保障和生态效益补偿两个维度提出了若干建议。     

私人银行业务法律问题研究

我国经济的稳步增长带来了社会财富总量的扩大和个人财富的集中,这为私人银行业务带来了巨大的市场发展潜力,中外资商业银行都在积极抓住这一难得的历史机遇。在为客户提供私人银行服务的同时,中外资商业银行也必须关注新兴业务带来的法律风险,并采取有效的措施加以防范。本文在对私人银行业务的发展历史、特点、现状进行详细分析的基础上,提出:现阶段法律法规应明确界定私人银行机构的业务范围以及私人银行机构与客户的关系,完善外汇管理方面的法律法规,同时私人银行机构也要关注反洗钱方面的监管规定,确保依法合规开展私人银行业务。     

Differential evolution utilizing a handful top superior individuals with bionic bi-population structure for the enhancement of optimization performance

ABSTRACT

In this paper, we propose a new DE variant incorporating a new mutation strategy and a bionic bi-population structure to enhance the overall performance of the canonical DE algorithm. As it is known to all that the guidance of a handful top superior elites is usually better than the guidance of only one elite in many cases, therefore, a handful top superior individuals are employed in the newly proposed mutation strategy for individual evolution. Moreover, hybridization of two populations of a certain species can improve the adaptation to the environment, and business and information exchanges between tribes can help their economical and technological development, so a bionic bi-population structure is also employed in the new DE variant for information exchanges. Both of the two aspects make the new algorithm achieve an overall better performance, and experiment results show that a handful top superior individuals with bionic bi-population structure has better performances on optimization accuracy, convergence speed and success rate under these tested benchmark functions especially those other algorithms may be trapped into local optima.

Other scholars have already investigated his influence on econometrics and empirical economics (Morgan 1990 Morgan, M. S. 1995. The History of Econometric Ideas, Cambridge: Cambridge University Press. [1990] [Google Scholar], Stigler 1999 Stigler, S. M. 1999. Statistics on the Table. The History of Statistical Concepts and Methods, Cambridge & London, MA: Harvard University Press.  [Google Scholar]), but we argue that his influence on theoretical economics should be considered significant as well. We devote attention to Quetelet's concept of the ‘average man’. For this purpose we briefly summarize Quetelet's methodology and examine the evolution of his ideas as expressed in his published works. We then investigate his influence on Jevons's ‘calculus of pleasures and pains’ and on the statistical investigations of the German historical school. We argue that the history of statistics, and especially Quetelet's contribution, should not be neglected by historians of economic thought as it provides important insights into the development of economic methodology.

游走于国家与个体:《申报》(1905—1912)医药广告中的多重意识形态

近代多元意识形态交织,作为积聚疾病隐喻、商业属性和政治意涵的载体,医疗广告成为时代文化的镜子。本研究通过对《申报》医药广告(1905—1912)的观察,运用并修正了“勾连”理论,增进其在近代中国的适用性,解析疾病与意识形态的勾连,探索个体和国家之间意义回流的形式和原因。研究认为,“治病”是多重意识形态的中介,接合着民族主义、利己主义、爱国主义及科学主义。
