一项关于农村五保供养制度的实证研究——以闽北地区为例

农村五保供养制度是一项具有中国特色保障鳏寡孤独残疾人基本生活权益的制度,也是我国农村社会保障体系的重要组成部分。在实地调查的基础上,分析了闽北地区农村五保供养的现实状况,提出了未来建设农村五保供养制度的若干思路。     

公司治理中的中小股东权益保护机制研究

股东利益保护是公司治理的核心问题，对中小股东利益的有效保护更是公司制度公平与效率的前提。本文探讨了公司治理结构中市场主导型权力配置机制在保护中小股东利益方面的缺陷，比较分析了异议股东股份价值评估权制度与股东派生诉讼两种主要的中小股东司法救济手段之功效，指出异议股东股份价值评估权制度是一种更为有效的中小股东利益保护手段。最后，就我国公司立法引入该制度进行中小股东利益保护的问题提出了建议。     

Guarantees,transparency and the interdependency between sovereign and bank default risk

Bank debt guarantees have traditionally been viewed as costless measures to prevent bank runs. However, as recent experiences in some European countries have demonstrated, guarantees may link the coordination problems of bank and sovereign creditors and induce a functional interdependence between the likelihoods of a government default and bank illiquidity. Employing a global-game approach, we model this link, showing the existence and uniqueness of the joint equilibrium and derive its comparative statics properties. In equilibrium, the guarantee reduces the probability of a bank run, while it increases the probability of a sovereign default. The latter erodes the guarantee’s credibility and thus its effectiveness ex ante. By setting the guarantee optimally, the government balances these two effects in order to minimize expected costs of crises. Our results show that the optimal guarantee has clear-cut welfare gains which are enhanced through policies that promote greater balance sheet transparency.     

When does a service guarantee work? The roles of the popularity of service guarantees and firm reputation

Despite substantial research on service guarantees in the literature, little study has examined how the popularity of service guarantees (SG) in a particular industry affects the effectiveness of SGs. Through four studies, the authors demonstrate an interactive effect between the market-level factor (the popularity of SGs) and the firm-level factor (firm reputation) in affecting consumer's responses to a travel agency's actions in (not) offering an SG. When offering SGs is popular in a given market, consumers perceive a loss from the absence of SGs, and a high-reputation agency will outperform a low-reputation agency in consumer service evaluation when neither agencies offer SGs. However, if both agencies provide guarantees, the SG offered by the high-reputation agency does not necessarily lead to greater service evaluation than that offered by the low-reputation agency. The results reverse when offering SGs is rare in the market, as consumers perceive a gain from the presence of SGs.     

The optimal asset allocation of the main types of pension funds: a unified framework

The existing literature deals with the optimal investment strategy of defined benefit (DB) or defined contribution (DC) pension plans. This article’s objective is to compare the optimal policies of different types of pension plans. This is done by first defining an original framework, which is based on the distinction between the nature of the guarantee—which can be internal or external—offered by or to a pension fund. This framework allows to establish links between optimization programs of DC, DB and targeted money purchase schemes. The case of an internal guarantee appears as a standard portfolio insurer’s problem. The second kind of guarantee, not analyzed in the literature yet with regard to the resulting optimal policy, is characterized by the existence of an option in the final wealth definition. Four funds are present in the internal guarantee optimal allocation: the speculative component, the preference independent guarantee- and contribution-hedge terms and the preference dependent state variable-hedge fund. The external guarantee program, solved with an original method using the principles of standard options theory, yields an optimal policy incorporating the delta of the option embodied in the final wealth definition. The conclusion is that the resulting optimal portfolio policy becomes riskier.

文章通过对输电铁塔加工过程中可能存在的焊接缺陷进行分析,对铁塔加工焊接缺陷的影响因素进行探讨,总结出相应的焊接质量控制措施,以期提高输电铁塔焊接质量。     

广西平南县农村居民点整理潜力测算研究

鉴于传统测算农村居民点整理潜力方法存在过于理想且受主观因素影响过大等问题,考虑到农村居民点不同类型,利用ArcGIS相关技术,将整理区农村居民点分为零星居民点和中心村两类。前者采用整体搬迁模式,利用人均建设用地法测算潜力,并采用农户意愿修正该潜力值;后者采用内部改造模式,利用土地闲置率法测算潜力。两者之和,即为农村居民点整理总潜力。以平南县为例,对比分析了几种方法测算农村居民点整理潜力的现实可行性。     

浅议大股东与中小股东利益冲突及协调解决

在我国的上市公司中,由于股权集中程度过高等原因,导致大股东通过影响公司生产经营的各个方面攫取不合理的经济利益,特别是侵占中小股东的利益。抑制大股东侵权行为,应当完善我国的上市发行制度,优化上市公司的股权结构,引入商务管理信托机制,强化信息披露的监管力度。
