创业导向是创业研究中的重要累积性成果,而创业导向的重要维度超前行动与其他两个维度——创新以及风险承担相比,成果相对较少。超前行动使企业有利于把握稍纵即逝的创业机会,并且契合了网络时代达维多定律的要求。当然,超前行动战略也有其自身的适用性,与被动反应在特定情况下起着互补的作用。  相似文献

中国外汇储备规模不断扩大,构成相对集中,在收益有限的情况下,对冲国内资产价格泡沫和通货膨胀以维护货币政策稳定的成本不菲,尤其面临人民币升值、国外固定收益债券价值下跌及长期机构债违约等风险。须从源头和用途两方面加强对中国外汇储备的积极管理,实施多元化投资,实施经济体制改革,通过市场力量和创新来给巨额外汇储备消肿,尤其从国际金融战略的层面推进人民币国际化,加强人民币在区域货币合作和国际金融体系中的作用和影响。  相似文献

研究目的:分析中国政府土地优先购买权实现的可行性与存在的问题。研究方法:结合中国相关管理法规与实践并与国外经验对比,对中国政府土地优先购买权的功能进行可行性分析。研究结果:中国政府的土地优先购买权在防止低价转让、储备土地来源、获得公共建设用地等方面的功能受到极大约束,主要是由于权利内涵的空洞和实施规范的缺失造成的,而深层原因是中国政府掌握着具有强制力的其他获取土地的手段。政府土地优先购买权功能在近期难以实现。研究结论:当前的政策环境使得政府土地优先购买权成为一个空制度。  相似文献

全球劳动力老化的严峻形势下,年长员工能否主动分享知识经验,对充分开发年长人力资本、促进企业可持续发展具有重要意义。基于主动动机模型,本文从责任导向视角探讨了年长员工知识分享行为的促发机制和边界条件。通过线性回归和蒙特卡洛拔靴法对200份40岁以上在职员工三时点配对数据进行分析,结果表明:责任导向会通过提升年长员工的建设性责任知觉进而激发其知识分享;反年龄歧视氛围感知对这一作用过程具有权变影响。本文丰富了年长员工知识分享行为的前因研究,对企业如何积极应对职场老龄化与年长员工知识传承具有启示意义。  相似文献

This study develops a moderation model to examine the role of a proactive environmental strategy on eco‐innovation. Drawing upon the perspectives of contingency theory, this study argues that the impacts of sustainability strategy on eco‐innovation depend on market demand, innovation intensity and government subsidy. The sample used to test the hypotheses is obtained from the Community Innovation Survey in Taiwan. A total of 2955 manufacturing firms are included in the final sample. A logit moderating regression is adopted to analyze the models. The results reveal that market demand and government subsidy positively moderate the relationship between environmental strategy and eco‐innovation. Specifically, firms are more likely to adopt a proactive environmental strategy to improve eco‐innovation under high levels of market demand and government subsidy. Furthermore, the results indicate that innovation intensity affects the effect of environmental strategy on eco‐innovation, but the direction of the influence varies with different categories of eco‐innovation. Drawing on the contextual perspective, this study provides novel empirical evidence on how the organisational context (specifically, the firm's human resource strategy) has an effect on employee proactivity. We use matched data from managers and employees in 102 Spanish professional service firms to examine how high performance work systems contribute to enhance employee proactive behaviours through two motivational variables: role breadth self‐efficacy and flexible role orientation. Results of a multilevel study demonstrate that role breadth self‐efficacy mediates between HPWS and employee proactivity, but flexible role orientation does not mediate this relationship.  相似文献

People with disabilities (PWD) tend to experience less career success than their counterparts without a disability, and their talent and skill remain underutilized. Disability literature also outlines various barriers to careers of PWD. Yet there are those who successfully manage their careers. Our aim in the present interview‐based study was to understand which strategies PWD engage in to manage their careers proactively. Findings indicate that strategies include maintaining a positive mind‐set; trouncing competence stereotypes by sensitizing people to their ability through learning and applying new skills, and by seeking feedback; engaging in disability advocacy to remove performance myths; and building, leveraging, and contributing to disability networks. We noted gender and tenure differences with regard to strategies employed. Findings imply that career objectives of PWD are not those traditionally expected or lauded by organizations, and motivations for career self‐management are unique to PWD as compared to those without a disability. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.  相似文献

This paper extends the strategic interactions between producers of fossil fuels concerned about their profits and a taxing government concerned about the consumers’ welfare for uncertainty: global warming follows an Itô -process. Stochasticity requires to differentiate between reversible and irreversible emissions in contrast to the deterministic version. The unconstrained (= reversible) case allows for a closed form solution but not the more realistic and constrained case. Nevertheless interesting analytical properties (e.g. about when to stop emissions, implicit conservation due to monopolistic supply) are derived and complemented by a numerical example.  相似文献

While there is a great deal of information in the literature linking purchasing personnel with both supply side and distribution side transactions, there is little evidence of their involvement in setting the design and strategic objectives of their own company's e-commerce activities. Yet, these professionals have much to offer marketing personnel who may be charged with developing e-commerce strategy and Websites. This paper suggests a proactive approach that supports the benefits of such cross-disciplinary collaboration between marketing and purchasing professionals within a firm.  相似文献

Grounded in the interactionist paradigm, this study shows that emotional exhaustion and perceived safety climate constitute important moderators of the relationship between proactive personality and work performance. More specifically, the study analyzes the relationship between proactive personality and its behavioural outcomes—organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and job performance—and investigates the interactive effects of emotional exhaustion and perceived safety climate. The study involves 485 Chinese airline employees including pilots, flight attendants, engineers, and service employees. Proactive personality positively predicted OCB and individual performance. Emotional exhaustion and perceived safety climate moderated the relationship between proactive personality and individual performance both independently and jointly.
