针对零售商和第三方回收商具有公平关切的情形,研究由制造商主导的三级供应链成员及整个系统的差别定价最优决策。分析了零售商以及第三方回收商公平中性和公平关切两种情形的决策模型。研究发现:零售商以及第三方回收商的公平关切行为最终会造成各自利润的损失,并且对整条供应链利润也是不利的,而这样的公平关切行为对制造商来说却是有利的。同时当公平关切程度较弱时,对整条闭环供应链系统是不利的;而当公平关切程度较强时,对整条闭环供应链系统是有利的。 相似文献

零售商与供应商的关系是当前最为重要的商业关系之一,在零供关系日趋紧张的情况下,维护和谐的零供关系是稳定商业秩序的当务之急。2006年《零售商供应商公平交易管理办法》旨在构建和谐的零供关系,但因其自身症结导致该规定未能很好地发挥作用。在零强供弱市场格局下,零售商与供应商之间的合作关系缺乏自觉的自我克制,正常的零供关系需要法律和政府的约束。 相似文献

Stakeholders’ demands for product sustainability redefine the focus of corporate purchasing strategies from the traditional concern with financial performance to considerations of ‘triple bottom line’ viability. This adds to the complexity of managing interorganizational relationships and poses a question regarding corporate ability to effectively leverage suppliers over environmental and social performance of supplied goods. Since it is not clear what type of purchasing relationship is more favorable for greening a product supply, the current paper aims to investigate how food retailers manage their relationships with suppliers in order to influence the environmental and social performance of procured goods and improve the availability of sustainably produced supply. The research is based on two case studies of Swedish supermarkets and supplementary semi‐structured interviews with Swedish, British and Danish supermarkets. The results of the study contribute to the existing body of academic knowledge in the field of sustainable supply chain management by developing a typology of sustainable purchasing relationships with detailed insights into the nature of collaborative practices, structure of incentives, sustainability ambition, and approaches to verification of compliance. The study has also revealed the dependence of sustainable purchasing relationships on the characteristics of the procurement context, namely the presence of well‐established sustainability certification schemes, perceived by purchaser's situation with availability of sustainability certified supply and purchaser's interpretation of the state of power dependence in relationships with suppliers. 随着我国市场经济的发展,商品流通领域中的零售商和供应商双方在交易中的地位也在不断转换,零售商逐渐在交易中占据优势地位,一些大型零售商滥用这种优势地位激化了其与供应商之间的矛盾,零售商的优势地位容易导致拖欠、占用供应商贷款,收取名目繁多的费用,要挟供应商等问题.从法律关系看,零售商与供应商之间的交易关系是民事法律关系,应体现意思自治与平等、合同自由的原则,但在现实中,由于一些零售商滥用市场优势地位,二者的关系与这种原则还有相当大的差距.为此,应建立和完善制止滥用市场优势地位的法律,并借助行业协会的力量建立多种协调和自律机制. 相似文献

ABSTRACT Many retailers have been expanding into foreign markets, although not all such attempts at internationalization have been successful. This study examines the actions taken by Chilean retailers that negatively affected the operations of Home Depot, Carrefour and J.C. Penney in Chile. The results show that the strategies employed by local companies have consisted in: (1) becoming informed about the company's strengths and weaknesses, while imitating its best practices; (2) deepening their own market know-how and hiring high-level executives to lead defensive strategies; (3) opening stores in strategic places in order to win advantages concerning location; and (4) investing in technology and the training of employees. The overall effect on the market has been one of concentration and consolidation of the retail industry. RESUMEN. Muchos retailers se están expandiendo a mercados extranjeros, sin embargo no todos los intentos de internacionalización son exitosos. Este estudio examina las acciones desarrolladas por retailers chilenos que afectaron negativamente la operación en Chile de Home Depot, Carrefour, y J.C. Penney. Los resultados de esta investigación muestran que las estratégicas empleadas por las empresas locales consistieron en (1) informarse en forma anticipada las fortalezas y debilidades de la empresa extranjera e imitando sus mejores prácticas, (2) fortaleciendo su conocimiento del mercado y contratando ejecutivos fuertes para liderar la estrategia defensiva, (3) apertura de locales en ubicaciones estratégicas para bloquear ventajas de localización, y (4) inversión en tecnología y capitación a los empleados. Los efectos sobre el mercado total fue de mayor concentración y consolidación de la industria. RESUMO. Muitos varejistas têm expandido seus negócios para mercados estrangeiros, embora nem todas estas tentativas de internacionalização tenham sido bem sucedidas. Este estudo examina as aç[otilde]es implementadas por varejistas chilenos, as quais afetaram negativamente as operaç[otilde]es da Home Depot, Carrefour e J.C. Penney no Chile. Os resultados mostram que as estratégias empregadas pelas companhias locais consistiram em: (1) informar-se sobre os pontos fortes e fracos da companhia, ao mesmo tempo em que replicavam suas melhores práticas; (2) aprofundar o conhecimento a respeito de seu próprio mercado e contratar executivos de alto nível para liderar estratégias defensivas; (3) promover a abertura de lojas em locais estratégicos com o objetivo de conquistar vantagens relativas à localização; e (4) investir em tecnologia e no treinamento de funcionários. 自从中国取消了对外资零售业在地域、股权和数量等方面的限制后,以沃尔玛、家乐福等国际零售业巨头为代表的大型连锁超市蜂拥而至,对国内本土零售业造成了巨大冲击。外资零售业对我国零售业态的改革起到一定促进作用,增加了我国居民的就业就会,但同时也严重挤占了我国本土零售企业的发展空间,导致我国国内零售业地区分布进一步失衡。为应对外资造成的冲击,我国应培育本土大型零售业,营造公平竞争的市场环境,向中小城市、中西部及广大农村推进,大力提高物流配送水平。 相似文献

在经历了30年(1960—1990)的历练后,连锁超市已成为占主导地位的零售业态。通过坚持不懈地推广连锁经营,零售商不断冲破地域限制形成了规模经济,从而可越过批发商直接从供应商进货,原来的产销矛盾开始演化为供应商一零售商矛盾。在市场大供应链终端的零售业本身渠道运行效率提高的同时,供应商一零售商矛盾的出现对营销带来了新的挑战。本案例选择由法国人M·富安尼先生创立的于1995年进入北京市场的家乐福连锁零售公司(Carrefour,以下简称家乐福)为零售业的代表,深入研究家乐福对供应商的分类、选择、建立业务关系和奖罚等行为。在布局上,首先,简要介绍案例企业背景和家乐福的概况及其货物采购;其次,深入研究家乐福与供应商业务的建立、维护和发展;最后,详细分析家乐福对供应商的管理行为(包括奖罚等),以便进一步实例论述渠道运作中零售商与供应商的关系管理。 相似文献
