城市空间扩展与"精明增长"中国化

阐述了美国城市蔓延及“精明增长”对策,综合国内外学者对“精明增长”中国化的观点,指出我国城市空间扩展借鉴“精明增长”理念应注意三个问题,并据此提出“精明增长”中国化的相关建议。     

Conflict and the ethnic structure of the marketplace: Evidence from Israel

How and why does ethnic conflict affect the ethnic structure of the marketplace? To answer these questions, this paper merges a unique administrative dataset covering the universe of transactions in the Israeli market for used cars during 1998–2010 with data on the intensity of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. The analysis shows that violence reduces the number of transactions between Arab sellers and Jewish buyers while increasing the number of transactions between Arab sellers and Arab buyers; violence has no effect on the number of transactions involving Jewish sellers. I relate these findings to the economic literature studying the sources of discrimination.     

中、俄“灰色清关”事件与中、美“轮胎特保案”事件的法理比较分析

中俄"灰色清关"事件与中美"轮胎特保案"事件,都是在华尔街金融危机的时代背景下,俄美两国政府迫于其国内压力而采取行动,给中国相关外贸企业造成重大损失,并且极可能带来连锁反应和造成深远影响的重大外贸事件。本文通过对两事件的比较分析,对我国如何处理好与不同类型国家的贸易摩擦进行有益的探讨,进而提出,加强对经济转型过渡期、法制环境不太完善的非WTO成员国家与我国贸易摩擦事件的研究已是一个刻不容缓的课题。

介绍了水玻璃旧砂湿法、干法和热法再生原理,并简要说明了其应用情况;阐述了水玻璃旧砂化学再生的基本原理,并对水玻璃旧砂化学再生方面的研究及应用情况进行了论述。     

低效建设用地减量化对乡村转型发展的影响研究 ——基于上海市的扎根理论分析

研究目的：以上海市青浦区、浦东新区和金山区为例,剖析减量化对乡村转型发展的影响效果及机理,探索减量化实施对乡村转型发展的推动作用。研究方法：采用扎根理论的质性研究方法,通过深度访谈收集原始资料,经过三级编码过程,提炼总结减量化对乡村转型发展的影响。研究结果：资源配置是减量化对乡村转型发展的核心影响,产业发展和生态保护是减量化对乡村转型发展的直接影响,社会治理、民生保障和文化传承是减量化对乡村转型发展的间接影响。研究结论：注重减量化的规划引导,依托减量化政策大力推动产业升级、转移和生态文明战略的实施,完善落实减量化配套政策,构建合理的减量化指标使用方和供给方之间的增值收益补偿机制,以及合理保障村民和村集体的基本权益是实现减量化推进乡村转型发展目标的有效路径。     

一次性消耗的应急系统资源调度问题研究

文章研究了一次性消耗的应急资源调度问题,将参与应急的出救点数目最少和应急开始时间最短同时作为优化目标,首先给出了参与应急出救点数目取值范围的判定定理,然后将问题转化为出救点数一定条件下的应急开始时间最早的单目标优化问题,从而得到一组Pareto最优解。并从理论上证明了求解方法的有效性和正确性。     

关于美国轮胎特保案的反思

美国金融危机蔓延导致全球经济出现衰退，贸易保护主义逐渐抬头。2009年9月发生的美国轮胎特保案就是典型的例子。中国企业应该加快推进产业结构升级和国内市场拓展，积极开展区域性贸易合作，实现出口多元化，积极发挥行业协会规范价格，以“特保案”为契机，通过增强国际竞争优势和挖掘国内市场潜力，实现对贸易保护主义的有效突围。     

On the finite sample behavior of testing whether new is better than used of a specified age

Hollander, Park and Proschan (1986) proposed a test of new is better than used of a specified age. It is based on large sample normality of the test statistic. There is, however, no study in the literature on its actual size for small and moderate sample sizes. To shed some lights on this, the results of a Monte Carlo simulation study as well as two real data examples are reported and these indicate that the test can have a quite liberal size, especially for small to moderate sample sizes. In order to improve on this weakness, a modified test is proposed and studied. It is noticed that this modified test seems to over-correct the original test to an extent that it becomes unduly conservative sometimes. Hence we propose another modification that combines the original test and the modified test turns out to have its size quite close to the nominal level and is therefore preferable to both the original and modified tests.     

轮胎使用年限及我国轮胎报废量预测研究

给出了轮胎平均使用年限和轮胎报废量计算方法。依据统计数据计算,我国汽车和摩托车外胎使用年限平均为1.9年和2.7年。测算废汽车和摩托车外胎重量为10 kg和1 kg左右。2011~2015年全国及各省市废轮胎产生量逐年增加,废汽车外胎占废轮胎总量的90%以上,是废轮胎回收的重点。
