影响盈余信息含量的因素——来自A股的实证结果

研究中习惯用回报／盈余关系来表示会计盈余的信息含量。通过A股的实证结果发现，当时间窗口为公告日前后60关时，回报／盈余关系较显著；盈余的持续性越高，回报／盈余关系越显著；非线性的模型比线性模型的解释能力更强。但是模型总体的R2水平都较低，这可能是由于研究方法的缺陷、市场的非理性、盈余本身信息含量低等原因造成的。     

基于混合优化算法的带时间窗的车辆调度问题求解研究

论文建立了带时间窗的车辆调度问题的数学模型，并针对遗传算法在局部搜索能力方面的不足，提出将模拟退火算法与遗传算法相结合，从而构造了求解车辆调度问题的混合优化算法，并进行了实验计算。计算结果表明，用这种混合优化算法求解车辆调度问题，可以在一定程度上用模拟退火算法突跳性克服遗传算法在局部搜索能力方面的不足，从而得到质量较高的解。     

Forecast combinations under structural break uncertainty

This paper proposes two new weighting schemes that average forecasts based on different estimation windows in order to account for possible structural change. The first scheme weights the forecasts according to the values of reversed ordered CUSUM (ROC) test statistics, while the second weighting method simply assigns heavier weights to forecasts that use more recent information. Simulation results show that, when structural breaks are present, forecasts based on the first weighting scheme outperform those based on a procedure that simply uses ROC tests to choose and forecast from a single post-break estimation window. Combination forecasts based on our second weighting scheme outperform equally weighted combination forecasts. An empirical application based on a NAIRU Phillips curve model for the G7 countries illustrates these findings, and also shows that combination forecasts can outperform the random walk forecasting model.

Modeling and optimization of a container drayage problem with resource constraints

This paper investigates the problem faced by firms that transport containers by truck in an environment with resource constraints. The considered area is export-dominant. As a result, there are three types of container movements as inbound full, outbound full, and inbound empty movements. Both the time windows at the terminal and at the customers’ places and the operation times are considered. Empty containers are also regarded as separate transportation resources besides trucks. The total operating time including waiting time of all the trucks in operation is minimized. The problem is first formulated as a directed graph and then mathematically modeled based on the graph. It falls into a multiple traveling salesman problem with time windows (m-TSPTW) with resource constraints. An algorithm based on reactive tabu search (RTS) is developed to solve the problem. A number of randomly generated examples indicate that the algorithm can be applied to the real world.     

The double-edged sword of purpose-driven behavior in sustainable venturing

This paper examines the relationship between purpose and purposeful organizing and how such arrangements influence the entrepreneurial journey as sustainable ventures move from idea to markets. We leverage an iterative multi-stage process-tracing design to understand the mechanisms whereby 14 different B Corp certified organizations embed purpose before, during and after the certification process. Our analyses reveal three types of venture paths for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, which are shaped by distinct imprinting sequences with three critical sensitive windows playing a pivotal role: the definition of scope of purpose, timing of purpose formalization through B Corp Certification and shifts in the source of feedback. Different imprinters occurring within the critical sensitive windows shape particular imprinting sequences triggering situations of both productive and counterproductive path development. Our results challenge the assumed linear relationship between purpose and purposeful organizing and more specifically the belief that seeking (purposeful) B Corp certification at firm foundation is necessarily productive for society and for the ventures themselves regardless of when the certification is achieved.     

基于椭圆球面波函数的数字带通滤波器设计

为设计频谱性能优良的有限冲激响应(FIR)数字带通滤波器,从窗函数的性质及选择指标出发,分析了椭圆球面波函数(PSWF)作为窗函数的优势;在此基础上根据数字滤波器设计的原理和要求,选择0阶基带椭圆球面波函数作为窗函数设计数字带通滤波器,并利用微分方程状态转移矩阵逼近的PSWF求解算法,给出了基于PSWF的FIR数字带通滤波器设计方法。理论分析和仿真结果表明：PSWF数字带通滤波器具有较低的设计复杂度,与Kaiser滤波器和Blackman滤波器相比,其旁瓣衰减有超过7 dB的优势,且具有与两种滤波器相当的通带波纹波动和过渡带宽。
