数学素质教育的发现法

素质教育倡导数学教学应重视学生的主观能动性，力求使学生亲身经历数学问题的发现过程，体验研究成果的喜悦。文章就发现法教学从理论到实践阐述了这种教学方式的五种途径。     

低负荷维氏硬度法的负荷选择

本文按照维氏硬度测定的技术条件,将基本公式H_v=1854P/D~2加以变换,从而得到一些较为简单的数学关系式.利用这些关系式,可以对不同金属薄带材料,很容易计算出较合理的负荷大小,既能保证不被"打穿",也使视场内有一个适合观测的压痕图象.     

CCM在公路工程项目进度管理中的实证分析

本文论述了CCM技术以及项目进度延迟的原因。并采用基于TOC的CCM技术,对公路工程 项目进度管理进行了实证分析。通过分析结果与传统方法的比较,论证CCM技术在公路工程项目进度管 理中的实用价值。     

Why I am a Psychology Major: An Empirical Analysis of Student Motivations

The underlying “architecture of the decision to pursue a degree in psychology was quantified using the Method of Sorting technique to identifying the critical issues necessary to make this choice. Multidimentsional scaling procedures were employed to construct a three-dimensional map representing the relationships between reasons for selecting psychology as a major. Freshman and senior psychology majors (N = 165) from a regional university and a large research-based institution rated the relative importance of items in their decision-making process. Hierarchical clustering procedures revealed seven different groups of students. Although significant differences associated with class standing were not found, institutional affiliation did influence cluster composition. Reflecting local emphases, students at the regional institution had a greater interest in Counseling Psychology, whereas those at the research-based school focused on Clinical Psychology. This semantic map and the associated item clusters arising from psychology student data provides an empirical basis for, amongst other things, course selection, faculty-initiated program design or revision, strategic niche marketing, and student retention.     

商业银行盈利能力影响因素的实证分析——基于偏最小二乘回归（PLSR）算法

运用偏最小二乘回归模型及其辅助分析手段对商业银行盈利能力影响因素进行一次深入、细致、系统的梳理。研究表明,影响商业银行盈利能力的前六大因素依次为净息差、资产质量、成本收入比、风险承受能力、金融创新及存贷比,而银行资产规模对盈利能力的贡献度最低。为提升商业银行盈利能力,必须强化金融创新能力、防控商业银行风险、完善金融监管体制。     

Excel 2007软件在存货ABC管理法中的应用

ABC管理法是一种重要的存货日常管理办法。但是，手工完成存货ABC管理法的分类、计算、分析是比较繁琐的。因此，本文拟以A公司的原材料数据为例，利用Excel 2007软件建立存货的ABC管理模型，以期简化相关运算，有效提高存货管理的工作效率。

规范方法与实证方法整合的现代结构

现代西方经济学理论认为经济学主要是一门实证社会科学，实证方法应该是经济学方法论的核心，甚至是整个经济理论的基础所.在但是一直以来作为与实证方法相对应的规范方法在经济学研究中都未得到应有的肯定与重视。因此为了肃清存在于经济学研究中方法论上的错误认识，更加具体深入的理解经济学方法中的规范方法与实证方法，本将从二的理论界定、发展历史回顾及其整合的基点三个方面来作进一步的探讨。     

When is it coevolution?

This paper evaluates the differences between Norgaard's and Winder et al.'s approach to socio-environmental coevolution. Winder et al. emphasize the evolutionary dynamics of coevolutionary change. These were omnipresent in Norgaard's work but they have not been adequately explored by other ecological economists. I argue that Winder et al.'s definition of coevolution is in essence the same as Norgaard's and that their real differences are, how they see coevolution applied and how far they are willing to draw a priori a line between evolutionary and non-evolutionary socio-environmental dynamics. My thesis is that at this stage a more open approach to evolutionary dynamics and coevolution a la Norgaard is a wiser strategy than Winder et al.'s narrower approach.     

基于DEMATEL方法的新兴技术产业化融资影响因素实证研究

新兴技术是提高国家产业竞争力的重要载体，但是资金问题一直是制约我国新兴技术产业化的瓶颈之一。构建新兴技术产业化融资影响因素理论模型，运用DEMATEL方法，实证检验不同因素对新兴技术产业化融资的影响程度。研究表明：融资扶持政策、资金渠道可选择性、共享信息有效性等因素对新兴技术产业化融资具有显著直接影响；资金供求匹配性、融资产品创新、信息共享方式等因素易受到其它微观因素影响，对产业化融资具有显著间接影响；担保费用、配套服务综合性及配套服务专业性等因素对产业化融资同时具有显著的直接与间接影响。据此，提出新兴技术产业化融资对策建议。
