哥本哈根上空的生态伦理学之争

2009年12月哥本哈根气候谈判大会举行,关于人类与自然如何相处的生态伦理学之争也进入白热化阶段。人类中心主义和非人类中心主义是生态伦理学的两种基本观点。生态伦理学提出"保护生态"的道德要求,但在强硬的现实利益下,只有全面结合公共政策、国际关系、经Q济发展等因素才能解决中国目前的生态危机。     

商业企业员工工作满意度及其影响因素分析

对商业企业中影响员工工作满意度的因素进行了分析。使用了"哥本哈根社会心理学问卷"。分析发现,问卷中所涉及的员工工作满意度不仅在不同工作背景上表现出差异,同时也与其他一些因素有关。研究表明,工作满意度与知觉要求、心理健康和活力均呈正相关。

联合国气候变化会议于2009年12月7-19日在哥本哈根召开,受到了国际社会前所未有的关注。回顾了哥本哈根气候变化峰会的背景,指出了谈判中的各种利益集团及其争夺的焦点,阐述了哥本哈根峰会的最终结果,分析了目前国际气候变化谈判的主要进展,并就未来进行了展望。     

House prices and land regulation in the Copenhagen area

We analyse house prices from 1992 to 2011 in the metropolitan area of Copenhagen. In line with most other metropolitan areas in Europe, Copenhagen house prices showed solid increases during this period until 2007 when a downturn in prices began. The price gradient from the centre of the metropolis to the outskirts also became steeper over these years. We investigate the influence of land regulation on this development and find indications of an upward pressure on house prices from restrictive land regulation at the municipal as well as the national level.     

Climate Negotiations,EITE Industries,and the WTO: Facing the Conflicts

Though developed countries have contributed the lion's share of greenhouse gases to date, developing countries are rapidly catching up – and seem unlikely to adopt meaningful GHG controls in the near term. This prospect concerns major developed countries, since their own GHG controls could cause carbon-intensive production to migrate to unregulated countries, a phenomenon called “carbon leakage.” This article surveys progress in international negotiations to date. It argues that, given the slow pace of efforts to create a global GHG control framework, carbon tariffs and other border measures are likely to be invoked as an alternative means of preventing carbon leakage. The article illustrates the legal and economic pitfalls of border adjustments and urges major emitting countries to suspend the imposition of border measures for a limited time while negotiating a “Code of Good Practice” to guide their trade-related climate measures going forward. The Code that we describe would constrain the scope of border measures and sharply limit their negative consequences.     

气候变化下的中国碳减排政策选择研究

哥本哈根会议达成的协议依然延续京都议定书的基本政策,但协议并不具备法律效力。在全球金融危机背景下,寻求发达国家与发展中国家在气候变化的全球政治合作机制短期内难以实现。寻求合理的经济性政策工具仍是解决气候变化问题的关键,其手段主要包括价格工具的碳税与数量工具的排放交易、联合履约与清洁发展机制。     

Alternative Capitalism and Creative Economy: the Case of Christiania

The Free Town of Christiania is an autonomous community of about 1,000 inhabitants in the centre of Copenhagen. Built as a squat for a hippy community in the 1970s, it is today a central node in the geography of activism, anarchism and alternative social life. This article analyses Christiania from the specific perspective of creativity and within the context of the ‘creative city’ debate. The Free Town is a lively innovative milieu, nurturing the arts, social experimentation, ideas and original architectural solutions. As such, it is becoming a more and more relevant space from the point of view of the market economy and in the promotion of the idea of a ‘creative Copenhagen’. But I argue that much of its creative potential is connected to place‐specific socioeconomic factors. In this sense, the Christiania experience troubles mainstream conceptions of creativity by revealing that creativity is both fluid and situated.
