我国冲压模具技术的现状与发展

为了促进我国冲压模具技术的发展,从计算机技术、先进加工技术及装备、其它新技术与冲压模具等方面分析了我国冲压模具的技术现状.结果表明:经过几十年的发展,我国的冲压模具总量位居世界第三位,加工技术装备基本已与世界先进水平同步.以汽车覆盖件为代表的大型、复杂、精密冲压模,用CAD/CAM/CAE软件进行三维设计和模拟,靠高速、精密的加工设备生产,用新型研磨或抛光代替传统的手工研磨抛光,提高模具质量.这些都代表了冲压模具发展的趋势.     

某微型客车前部海运钩设计探讨

随着汽车工业的发展,传统的陆路运输方式存在陆路运输车体形庞大、挤占高速公路资源、容易造成道路交通堵塞等诸多劣势,而采用海运方式能降低运输成本。文章介绍了某微型客车前部海运钩的设计过程,在前期总布置已完成的不利情况下,运用UG软件和CAE分析软件成功设计出符合工艺、间隙、强度及安装要求的前部海运钩。     

Dual Technology Management Model of design and production utilizing CAE ＆ experiment

At present, one of the specific measures taken is an urgent improvement of intelligent productivity for the purpose of offering highly reliable products to create customer value in a short period of time. Against this background, the author focuses on the New Japan Production Model for establishing a development designing and production engineering system in the automotive industry. This paper presents the Dual Technology Management Model of design and production for establishing a development designing and production quality assurance system that is indispensable for CAE （Computer-Aided Engineering） and experiment in the automotive industry and its effectiveness is verified.

Chief Audit Executive as Supervisory Board Member and Executive Compensation Contracts

This paper studies a unique phenomenon in China's corporate governance—that chief audit executives (CAEs) sit on supervisory boards (CAE duality)—and examines its effects on executive compensation contracts. Using a sample of listed firms between 2010 and 2018, we find a significant positive relation between CAE duality and pay-for-performance sensitivity, which suggests that the dual position helps integrate monitoring resources and reduces agency costs. This positive relation is more pronounced when companies face a stricter monitoring environment and in non-state-owned enterprises (non-SOEs) than in SOEs. In addition, we find that the recent reforms on compensation strengthen the role of CAE duality in SOEs. Further analysis identifies the reliability of performance information (i.e., earnings quality) and reduced executive self-interested behaviours (i.e., perquisite consumption) as the influencing mechanisms that increase the demand for performance-based compensation and thus improve pay-for-performance sensitivity.     

某微型车开发中车身前部碰撞性能的改进

文章对在某微型车实车正面及偏置碰撞试验中暴露的前门铰链安装点—A柱区域变形过度的问题进行分析,提出该车车身开发的优化方案,改进车身前舱局部结构在正碰及偏置碰情况下的耐撞性,总结了针对车身前舱部分结构件的一些设计要求。试验证明,结构化方案有效确保了车身满足国家法规CMVDR294对碰撞后车门可以顺利开启的要求。     

某微型车前纵梁与前轮罩连接结构改进

整车可靠性路试和小批量造车是检验车身设计是否成功的重要手段。文章针对某微型车前轮罩总成的结构件在整车耐久性路试(路试里程为39 000 km)中的开裂问题、生产车间关于此部分零件的造车问题反馈以及冲压工艺问题进行分析,并成功地解决和优化。     

浅谈冲压模具设计中开源性与节流性成本控制

利用CAE分析软件进行冲压模具辅助设计,减少实验环节,引入PDM技术对冲压模具数据进行管理;常识性地进行冲压模具研发设计,零部件上的光清度,尺寸公差、形位公差设计上避免过高、过严的要求,降低制造难度.
