The impact of information technologies on manufacturing operations and performance is well established. However, scant research has been devoted to examining information technology (IT) investment among hospitals and how it influences patient care and financial performance. Using the lens of the Theory of Swift Even Flow (TSEF), we present an operations management-based perspective on the effect of IT in streamlining hospital operations. Engaging customers and building loyalty are crucial for operators who embrace live streaming. While previous research has identified many social and technical factors that assist operators in engaging their customers, few studies have examined customer engagement from a sociotechnical perspective (i.e., IT affordances). To fill the gap, a theoretical model grounded in the stimulus-organism-response (SOR) framework is developed to explain how IT affordances (i.e., metavoicing, visibility, and guidance shopping affordance) influence customer engagement through swift guanxi and perceived enjoyment in live streaming. To test the model, a survey with 371 valid samples was carried out and a dual-stage analysis using partial least squares-structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) and fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) was employed. PLS-SEM results reveal that IT affordances in live streaming indirectly affect customer engagement through swift guanxi and perceived enjoyment. Additionally, fsQCA suggests that two different configurations with high or low visibility affordance can lead to the same outcome of high customer engagement. These findings offer insights into how IT affordances can promote customer engagement and assist operators of live streaming commerce (LSC) in developing effective strategies to engage their customers.  相似文献

基于新产品研发团队这一临时性组织情境,探讨团队断裂带对新产品研发团队创新绩效的影响,尤其是团队快速信任和知识转移渠道在其中的情境机制。通过选取本土企业内98个新产品研发团队的团队领导-团队成员配对样本,运用层级回归分析对假设进行验证。研究结果发现,团队断裂带与新产品研发团队创新绩效之间存在倒“U”字型关系,团队快速信任和知识转移渠道均显著调节这一非线性关系。即在团队快速信任水平越高或知识转移渠道越丰富的情况下,团队断裂带与新产品研发团队创新绩效之间的倒“U”字型关系越不明显。  相似文献

在创新创业浪潮和“互联网+”背景下,更多企业和组织通过组建临时团队以达到合作共赢的目的。临时团队固有的脆弱性与任务短期性存在矛盾,影响团队成员间的信任,从而导致团队绩效低下。以临时团队为研究对象,通过整理、归纳国内外学者的研究与实践成果,提出研究假设和理论模型,并通过问卷调查获取实验数据,使用SPSS软件对数据进行分析,以验证研究假设。结果表明,在临时团队中,快速信任、团队凝聚力均对团队绩效有正向影响,并且团队凝聚力在快速信任与团队绩效间起中介作用。最后,从沟通机制、团队意识、团队能力建设3个方面提出了增强临时团队成员间信任、提高团队凝聚力,以及提升团队绩效的措施。  相似文献

The purpose of this study is to identify and investigate the types of trust and their impact mechanisms in the application of blockchain technology for green agricultural products. A mixed research approach was used in this study. First, qualitative in-depth interviews with consumers were conducted to identify the technological path (blockchain technology), and the information disclosure path (environmental information of green agricultural products) that affect consumer trust. Two types of consumer trust were also identified, namely, cognitive trust in blockchain technology (digital trust), and instantaneous trust in blockchain technology disclosure information (swift trust), both of which play a role in influencing consumers’ immediate purchase. Then, based on the interview results, a theoretical model for this study was developed by combining signal theory and trust transfer theory. Through a quantitative survey, 474 valid data were collected to empirically examine the role of consumer blockchain technology experience and environmental information transparency perceived on digital trust and swift trust, and the role of both types of trust on impulse buying. The results show that consumer blockchain technology experience can significantly and positively affect the environmental information transparency perceived. And both have a positive effect on digital trust and swift trust. Also both trusts have a significant effect on impulse buying. Further mediating effects confirm the environmental information transparency perceived as an important intrinsic mechanism by which the blockchain technology experience influences consumer trust. The results of this study add an empirical basis for the role of blockchain technology. It also provides a reference for technology adoption by related companies.  相似文献
