五年梦寻丰子恺--?丰子恺全集?责编手记

近几年来，社会各界兴起了一股“丰子恺热”。海豚出版社社长俞晓群成为这股热潮的最初发动者。五年来，海豚出版社出版了丰子恺著作达一百多种，将丰子恺生前几乎所有的单行本集子予以再版。同时，海豚出版社还与杭州师范大学弘一大师??丰子恺研究中心合作整理?丰子恺全集?，并将于2015年出版问世。     

论著作权法中的思想与表达二分法——以实用艺术作品为视角

文章以实用艺术作品为视角,分析了当实用艺术作品的思想或功能与表达重叠合并时著作权法不仅不能保护思想或功能,也不能保护表达的现实障碍,进而提出了实用艺术作品思想与表达的具体判定方法。文章进而从著作权客体、法条明文化、引入思想与表达合并原则等方面就该原则在我国著作权法上的完善提出了初步建议。     

The effects of the Works Progress Administration's anti-malaria programs in Georgia 1932–1947

From 1900 to 1950, malaria rates declined rapidly in the southeast United States. At its peak, malaria infected over 30% of the population. Malaria declined over the period for several reasons: improvements in public infrastructure; development of new insecticides; improvements in agriculture that promoted drainage; increases in incomes; and changes in migration patterns. This paper focuses on public works constructed by the Works Progress Administration (WPA) during the 1930s and subsequent interventions during the 1940s. To estimate the relationship between these malaria programs and malaria rates, I construct a panel of annual county level malaria rates in Georgia from 1932 to 1947. Between 1932 and 1940 the malaria rate in counties that received WPA malaria projects fell from 25.9 deaths per 100,000 to 5.3 deaths per 100,000. The empirical estimates suggest that WPA malaria projects led to 9.1 fewer deaths per 100,000 or roughly 44% of the observed decline in treated counties. Additional public works constructed by the MCWA during World War II, and the introduction of DDT after 1945 completely eliminated malaria in Georgia by 1947.

毛泽东同志是我们党第一代领导集体的核心，是伟大的马克思主义者，无产阶级革命家、战略家和理论家，中国共产党、中国人民解放军和中华人民共和国的主要缔造者和领导人，对中国的历史和发展产生了不可磨灭的影响。他的思想、作风和行为无不体现着湖湘文化对他的影响，《毛泽东选集》又是能够集中体现毛泽东思想、作风和行为的。因此，本文从阐述湖湘文化对于毛泽东产生影响的必然性入手，再进而通过《毛泽东选集》分析湖湘文化对毛泽东思想影响的具体的几个方面，希望能对毛泽东产生更为深刻的认识和理解。     

《鲁迅全集》人民文学出版社2005年版小议

《鲁迅全集》人民文学出版社2005年版只收鲁迅致许广平原信68封，而抽掉许广平原信，是不够妥当的。这既背离鲁迅一贯的心愿，又有碍于对鲁迅原信的理解。故建议该书在修订版时重新收入许广平原信。     

Design and implementation of the Expanded Public Works Programme: Lessons from the Gundo Lashu labour-intensive programme

This article examines the design and implementation of the Expanded Public Works Programme, drawing from the lessons of the Gundo Lashu programme on labour-intensive construction in the road sector. The aim of the study was to examine major barriers to the design and implementation of the programme. The article is based on the analysis of data that were gathered from the Gundo Lashu programme. The data were collected using a structured questionnaire, face-to-face interviews with the project participants as well as reviewing key secondary data from the project documents. The study found that the projects under the Gundo Lashu programme have clearly demonstrated the importance of labour-intensive approaches, especially in the road sector. However, these projects were constrained by a wide range of challenges, ranging from a lack of community participation to poor product quality and inadequate planning for sustainable financing.

Embodiment--the Aesthetics of Incorporation

This paper examines contemporary developments in 3D immersive data and experience as a method of information and organizational design. With particular attention to its historic forbearers, contemporary theorists and current graphical tools, this paper anticipates specific concerns and possible technological developments in virtual organizational design. As artists, new developments in technology present opportunities to restructure organizational life both virtually and materially. Computer animation industry growth leaped 30% in fiscal year 1998 topping $20 billion in annual revenues. As the animation and 3D immersive industry expands platforms and applications shift. The most successful of these adapt while others dissipate. Nonetheless current management and organizational structures are challenged to engage a world that increasingly visualizes and communicates in 3D.     

制造业一线生产工人工作环境研究——以A制衣厂为例

A企业一线生产工人工作环境调查显示:员工对工作硬环境基本满意,对工作软环境的满意度比较低,尤其在个人发展与进步、工作认可、尊重与关怀等方面不满情绪更为突出;员工的工作满意度与年龄、工龄、婚姻、收入显著相关。针对这一现状,作者认为制造业在继续完善工作硬环境的同时,更应重视通过管理方式的人性化,丰富工作内容、重视工人的职业发展,加强精神激励等方式改善企业工作软环境。     

Accounting and management in the social dialogue: the experience of fifty years of works councils in France

This paper analyses the conditions of the birth of works councils in France in 1945 and how the practice of their economic competence has evolved. It studies the ways in which the relationships have developed between the principal parties: trade unions, business management and chartered accountants. It aims to show how the use of accounting and management information has contributed to the legitimization of the works council as an institution.
