论陌生化的文学解读

文学艺术作为对现实生活的反映，它不仅能积极地表现出生活的特性，也能够运用一些技法让读者去发觉艺术与生活之间的不同质，更好地显示出其功用。陌生化就是其中的一种。通过对韦勒克、沃伦的《文学理论》中“文学要有新鲜感”及相关内容的分析，以俄国形式主义文学批评所提出的“陌生化”概念为核心，进而探讨并得出这一批评流派与“先锋派”文学、象征主义文学等在思想观念上的同质与共性，即都重视文艺能够使人觉察现实世界的功能并强调陌生化在文艺中的运用。     

农地经营权流转的农户融资诉求效应研究 ——基于中国家庭调查数据的实证分析

研究目的：基于农户潜在融资需求与渠道偏好视角研究农村土地经营权流转的农户融资诉求效应。研究方法：二元及排序Logit模型。研究结果：（1）在农户潜在融资需求方面,农村土地经营权流转行为对农户潜在融资需求促进作用明显。流转规模越大,农户潜在融资需求越高;流转合同签订,农村土地经营权流转的稳定性和农地可抵押性增强,农户潜在融资需求越高。（2）在融资渠道偏好方面,流转后农户沿着“非正规渠道—非正规与正规两者兼有—正规渠道”的偏好路径转变,逐步增加对于正规渠道的偏好。流转规模扩大及流转合同的签订会显著提升农户对正规渠道的偏好。研究结论：农村土地经营权流转会引致农户产生融资诉求效应,增加农户潜在融资需求,促使农户融资渠道向正规化转变。

高校电子阅览室发展至今,"上座率低"和"网吧化"的现象已越来越严重,要想进一步发展,在以往的模式下已不能实现。对实际工作中出现问题加以总结和思考后发现,只有打破原有观念改变现有模式,才能实现电子阅览室的可持续发展。     

Drivers of firm formalization in Vietnam: an attention theory explanation

Informal enterprises are widely viewed as a mechanism to engage unemployed people in the economy and thereby alleviate poverty in developing economies. However, over-representation in an economy may lead to both economic growth and broader employment opportunities being sacrificed. This paper presents a process model to investigate three potential drivers for firms to formalize: the first from a desire to grow and develop the firm through innovation, the second from the wish to access government financial support and the third stimulated by the payment of unofficial payments or bribes. We use data from surveys of Vietnamese firms in 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011 to investigate these drivers of formalization. Although we find support for all three of these drivers, the results differ in significance across years and firm types. We explain these differences using attention theory to show how different situations and events can make the formalization decision more likely over time.     

The visual history of the Tableau Économique

This article looks at the history of the Tableau Économique from a visual point of view. It shows that Quesnay invented the Tableau to formalize visually his economic theory, and that he used different versions of the Tableau (‘Zigzag’, ‘Précis’ and ‘Formule’) for reasons of visual rhetorics. Accordingly, the visual history of the Tableau clarifies several problems identified by previous ‘ecommentors’. The paper concludes that the history of the Tableau as an image cannot be equated with that of Quesnay's abstract economic model without missing the Tableau Économique's raison d'être.     

The Management of Meaning – Conditions for Perception of Values in a Hierarchical Organization

This article argues that the introduction of value based management in a decentralized, hierarchical, and rule-based organization will add to existing informal and formal systems instead of replacing them. Consequently, employees’ perception of and willingness to embrace and operationalize centrally imposed values were assumed to be dependent upon existing emotional, social, and formal processes and structures. Hierarchical regression analysis on data from a maritime company (N = 408) gathered in Norway in 2004 – which claims to be a learning and value based company – showed that affective commitment and group coherence correlated positively with perception of values among employees. Formalization was positively but insignificantly correlated, whereas loyalty toward immediate superiors was significantly negatively correlated with perception of values.
