基于Internet的多通道用户界面

提出了网络多通道界面模型、语音和指点相结合的基于上下文的查询、基于主通道的整合策略,并将受限的自然语言(汉语)理解技术应用于多通道交互中。文章给出了两个实例:汉语语音驱动的多通道文件管理器和网上购物多通道界面的ActiveX控件。结果表明,以上技术有助于提高人机交互的自然性和效率。     

Using a customer-Level marketing strategy to enhance firm performance: A review of theoretical and empirical evidence

It is becoming increasingly apparent from the literature that marketers need to consider customer-level information when they generate a marketing strategy for the firm. In this article, the authors develop a customer-focused framework that uses a marketing strategy with an overall objective of maximized financial performance. This strategy is driven by seven customer-level marketing tactics and shows how actual customer data can be used to generate an actionable marketing strategy leading to optimal levels of profitability, customer equity, and shareholder value. In addition, the authors discuss a successful implementation of this strategy for several business-to-business and business-to-consumer firms and offer insights as to how to customize an implementation strategy for any firm, along with presenting potential challenges a firm may encounter during the implementation process. Several suggestions for future research are offered to explore and harness this newly available evidence. V. EPP协议在车载地震仪中的设计与应用

针对并行口设备开发的趋势及特点 ,详细介绍了 EPP协议的产生、特点及时序 ;并结合科研项目“ES2 42 0地震仪改造”提出了用 EPP协议仿 Intel 80 86系统接口的详细设计方案 ,该接口由读写逻辑生成电路、地址锁存器及译码器、仿 Intel 80 86总线及一些逻辑延时电路组成。并给出了电路框图及 Windows3 .x/95/98编程。经扩展后总线的双向通信速度为 850 KB/s与 ISA总线的速度相当。     

关于发展我国市政债券市场的思考

目前地方政府面对发行市政债券的制度性障碍，自发寻求融资渠道，而这又显现出较大的风险。本文在分析发展我国市政债券市场重要现实意义的基础上，从法律、偿债机制及风险管理等方面提出政策建议。
