低保未就业人员求职意愿及影响因素研究

当前城市最低生活保障制度在运行过程中存在的一个突出问题,是低保对象中有劳动能力者的比重日益提高.运用北京市的调查数据,分析了若干经济、社会和心理(文化)因素对低保未就业者的求职意愿及行为的影响.研究发现:贫穷文化和社会资本对求职意愿、家庭规模对求职行为的影响作用具有统计显著性,工作与低保的比较效益以及就业援助则无显著影响.研究结果对进一步完善低保政策具有启发意义.     

完善我国别居制度若干问题研究

别居是介于正常的婚姻关系和离婚状态之间的、反映夫妻共同生活暂时中止的一种婚姻家庭关系。别居制度会引起婚姻、家庭关系发生一定的变化,但我国目前法律对别居制度规定存在欠缺,目前法律仅承认别居是一种事实,因此有必要对我国别居制度的设立和完善中存在的一些问题进行探讨。     

关于"经济发展促进休闲质量提升"一般认识的实证研究——以经济发达的广东省为例

本文以经济发达的广东省为例,对其居民休闲生活的以下方面进行了研究:居民对休闲的认识;居民对闲暇时间的利用,闲暇时间的活动参与;居民对当前休闲生活的评价;影响其休闲生活的障碍;居民对未来休闲生活的期望。研究采用问卷方式,调查广东省居民闲暇时间内的生活状况,发现尽管广东省是中国目前经济最发达的省份之一,但是居民的休闲生活并没有得到很好的改善,其质量并没有随着国民经济的发展而提升。居民对现时的休闲生活并不感到满意,并期望其休闲生活质量得到很大提高。     

新时期构建高校良性资助体系的思考

本文通过目前高校贫困生资助的实践,分析了资助体系在其操作层面上存在的主要问题,并从政府、社会、高校、学生四个方面,就如何采取更加切合实际的政策性措施,强化基础性工作,完善与创新资助体系,进行了理论和实践的探讨。     

基于三生协调的乡镇级国土空间规划实践探究——以沈北新区黄家街道为例

当前正值国土空间规划体系构建的特殊过渡时期,本文充分认识新时代下国土空间改革对乡镇层面国土空间规划提出的新任务新要求,以沈北新区黄家街道为先行,立足三生协调发展思想,率先探索乡镇级国土空间规划编制技术新路径,以期为量大面广的乡镇级国土空间规划编制提供一定的范式借鉴.     

Everyday Lives in Vertical Neighbourhoods: Exploring Bangladeshi Residential Spaces in Toronto's Inner Suburbs

In the Toronto Census Metropolitan Area (CMA), almost a third of the total housing stock is comprised of high‐rise apartment buildings. Not only do most new immigrants reside in these structures upon arrival, they often continue living here for a prolonged period, for a variety of interrelated economic and psychological reasons. It is therefore important to ask: How do these vertical structures affect the life worlds of the residents? What functions do these spaces perform? How do immigrants develop attachments to these spaces, and how do they make them their own? By drawing upon the experiences of 30 Bangladeshi immigrant households in Toronto's inner suburbs, I demonstrate that even though these vertical stacks are not conducive to frequent social interaction by design, the residents variously transform such functional spaces into unique ‘Bengali’ neighbourhoods that are filled with ambivalent feelings of hope and despair, imaginations of the future, becoming a place they can call home away from home.     

Comparing Ranking and Contingent Valuation for Valuing Human Lives, Applying Nested and Non-Nested Logit Models

The aim of this paper is to investigate whetherrespondents perceive a discrete-choice contingentvaluation (DC-CVM) question differently from a rankingquestion. We combine the two approaches to valuepublic projects that try to prevent people from dyingprematurely. The combined valuation procedure enablesus to investigate the internal consistency of theutility structure between choices, applying nested andnon-nested logit models. If the preference structureis allowed to shift, the relative utility weights ofthe attributes differ between the valuation questions,and the willingness-to-pay (WTP) estimate from thecombined procedure changes.     

转变就业观念,促进普通高校师范生就业

近几年来,"就业难"问题逐渐成为学校、学生、家长最为关注的一个问题,这个问题也引起了国家和社会的广泛关注。面对当前的就业现状,普通高校师范生如何通过转变就业观念,走出就业窘境,是值得我们关注和讨论的问题。     

高师教法课中如何渗透心理素质教育

高师的课堂教学,应强调每门课结合自身的内容和特点开展心理素质教育,教法课的教学中要让学生在掌握知识,形成能力的同时,完善各种心理品质,要结合师范生的认知心理、情感、自我意识和个性意识倾向等特点进行。     

艺术生参与英语课堂教学的尝试

在英语课堂上调动艺术专业学生的学习积极性是一个值得研究的问题。本文记录了作者教学经历中的一种尝试:让学生在准备一周之后,在课堂上用二十分钟时间,面对同学和老师进行话题讲座或者讲学,以此激发学生的学习潜力。目前学生积极参与,取得了预期的良好效果。
