安徽省工业制成品出口结构实证分析

参照《安徽统计年鉴》可得的SITC两位数分类贸易数据,结合OECD以及Lall的技术分类方法,从安徽出口的工业制成品中抽取具有代表性的产品进行结构分析,得出结论：安徽业已实现了以工业制成品为主导的出口商品结构,但制成品的内部结构依旧低级化;制成品集中度总体较为稳定,内部结构变化体现了轻微的技术升级,存在一定程度的结构优化,但商品优化程度低、类别少。     

生产企业物流成本管理分析及对策

随着市场竞争的日益激烈,物流已成为企业核心竞争力的重要一环,物流成本管理也成为生产企业物流管理的核心部分。以生产企业的调研为基础,分析生产企业物流成本管理存在的问题,并提出相应的有针对性的物流成本管理对策。以为生产企业减少责任风险,节约物流成本,显著提高经济效益。     

Measuring the Economic Costs and Benefits of the EU

The EU has pursued protectionist policies not merely in food but also in manufacturing at the customs union level. In services it has not dismantled much of the existing national protectionism. The economic costs are calculated here at some 3% of GDP for the UK and some 2% for the rest of the EU. Added to its social interventionism, these costs suggest that the EU has put political integration before economic efficiency. This paper draws heavily on my book with Vidya Mahambare and Eric Nowell (Minford et al., 2005). 新能源汽车企业融资策略研究

文章首先分析了我国新能源汽车企业的宏观、中观和微观特征,然后在此基础上总结了新能源汽车企业现有的融资特点。作为资金密集型的新能源汽车企业,获得持续发展必须突破资金瓶颈。文章针对新能源汽车企业在不同生命周期的发展重点,提出了相对应的融资策略,以减少融资成本。     

Buying Behavior of Western European Food Retailers

Abstract

The aim of this study has been to analyze important aspects of buying behavior of food retailers, i.e., trade buyers' evaluation of product and vendor attributes, based on a number of background variables, when choosing a new supplier of an already well-known product category. The study encompassed the retailers' buying behavior for pork, fish and cheese products. By conducting a conjoint analysis in sixteen Western European countries (15 'old' EU Countries (except Luxemburg), plus Norway and Austria), it is demonstrated that the traditional four Ps are losing ground to some previously neglected attributes, and that it is possible to generalise retailers' buying behavior for different food products across countries, retail organizations, and buyers.     

皖苏工业制成品出口结构实证比较分新

安徽、江苏业已形成以工业制成品为主导的出口商品结构。但从内部结构上存在一定的相异性。2000-2009年．安徽工业制成品出口结构以6类为主导，江苏以7类为主导，且安徽相对江苏结构相对“匀质化”。在产品竞争力上，安徽、江苏均有部分产品表现出口竞争力，但具备稳定竞争力的产品类别较少。可能归结于国际市场动态需求变化、产品结构调整政策以及出口规模粘性，安徽绝大多数产品出口变化速度均高于江苏。如果结构调整是以提升产品技术附加值为目标，那么历经十年的出口结构调整使得原本具备相似工业制成品出口结构的两省已经表现出较大的不同，安徽相对江苏而言，有较高技术附加值的工业制成品出口比重较少。     

基于DEA模型的中国主要轿车企业生产效率分析

文章利用数据包络分析法(DEA)对中国12家主要的轿车生产企业2001~2004年的生产经营效率进行总体分析与评价,并利用Malquist生产力指数对这些企业的效率变动进行了分析。研究结果表明,中国主要轿车企业的生产经营效率总体上呈现逐年提高之势;同时企业的股权结构、含有外资的企业的股本来源、企业的区域分布以及所属不同企业集团等因素都会使企业在技术效率、纯技术效率与规模效率方面存在差异;动态效率分析的结果表明中国轿车业总体上还处在依靠规模扩张的量的增长阶段,行业技术进步对效率提升的作用微弱。这表明,要从根本上提高中国轿车业的生产经营效率,必须推进行业技术进步,提高技术进步对全要素生产力改善的贡献率。     

Born Global,Made Local: Multinational Enterprise and Australia's Early Wireless Industry

This article analyses the evolution of multinational enterprise through a case study of the Australasian wireless company, AWA, in the first half of the twentieth century. Ownership, location, and internalisation advantages explain aspects of the industry's rapid internationalisation, but other factors, including restrictive domestic legislation and oligopolistic competition, are also important. The imperialism of the era encouraged globalisation while binding companies to host nations' strategic imperatives and coordinated policy frameworks. Location factors included government desires to control wireless, especially once broadcasting developed in the 1920s, and to expand local manufacturing capacity for the emerging consumer electrical economy.     

基于节目制播的E-Net网络系统技术分析

近几年以来,各级电视台的网络节目制作与播出逐渐成为主流趋势;但如何实现全台网络制作与播出,已经成为广电局的重要议题;本文分析了节目制播中网络出现的缺失,并对节目制播给出E-Net网络系统的技术分析。     

对金融危机背景下“中国制造”遭遇贸易壁垒的反思

金融危机蔓延至实体经济后,很多国家为保护本国利益竞相推出了贸易保护主义措施。本文研究了金融危机背景下全球贸易保护主义的蔓延、中国制造遭遇的贸易壁垒及其反思,并针对中国制造提出应对贸易保护主义的措施。
