Prometheus unbound

Professor Nicholas Onuf argued in the February 1984 issue of Futures that those participating in the revival of interest in long waves of economic activity had generally failed to relate their analyses to the debate on growth spawned by Limits to Growth. The challenge is taken up in this article, which relates the two debates in terms of the role of technology in long-term growth and cycles; changes in ‘technological paradigm’ are seen as a major feature of each successive growth cycle. The article finally discusses the effects of paradigm change on employment and investment, and confronts the central issue of Onuf's paper—the social and political effects of the micro-electronics revolution.

本文主要回顾了计算机的历史,简要叙述了其实技术与应用领域的发展,经此说明芯片技术对计算机发展的基础作用,最后介绍了强国的芯片技术发展策略。     

声表面传感器和磁弹性传感器对气体定量检测的比较研究

随着社会的工业化进程加快,机动车、电厂废气等人为因素产生的NO2日益增多。NO2虽然对臭氧的形成有重要作用,同时也会导致酸雨的形成,所以检测NO2的浓度在很多领域有着重要意义。本文以NO2为检测对象,对其不同频率响应采用两种传感器进行初步实验并进行比较分析,声表面波传感器是利用沿着物体表面传播的弹性波来感测信号的,而磁弹性传感器是由外加磁场对磁弹性材料的作用来感测信号的,两种传感器的响应信号都是频率偏移,在实验中,传感器的频率响应采用网络分析仪测试。实验结果表明,磁弹性传感器相对于声表面传感器对NO2的吸附前后频率响应更明显,对相关领域的研究更具实际意义。     

微电子领域引进科技领军人才调查研究

以微电子产业为龙头的电子信息产业是以上海为首的长三角地区发展的支柱产业之一,大力引进科技领军人才是目前阶段快速提高微电子产业竞争力的最有效手段。通过对上海微电子领域科技领军人才进行访谈调研,指出信息、机制、待遇以及子女教育问题等是制约我国微电子领域引进科技领军人才的“瓶颈”和障碍,为此提出完善引进科技领军人才的综合政策建议。     

Diffusion Of Microelectronics And Advanced Manufacturing Technology: A Review Of National Surveys

Applications of microelectronics in products and the use of advanced manufacturing technology in production are important factors driving innovation, productivity improvement and economic growth. Until the early 1980s there were few comprehensive national surveys of the diffusion of these technologies or of their impacts. This paper reviews surveys of firms using these technologies, discusses survey comparability and summarises key empirical results. The value of carefully constructed internationally comparable surveys for analysis and policy formulation is emphasised, and new directions for surveys are suggested.     

微电子专业培养计划的调查研究

本文结合我校新一轮的专业培养方案和教学计划的修订,根据我校教育教学改革的实际,通过对其他高校和学生的广泛调研,提出一系列有效措施,优化课程设置,调整和完善培养方案,制定了具有我校办学特色的本科创新人才培养计划。

系统归纳和整理了关于日本、韩国、中国台湾地区以及欧美地区的微电子产业追赶的研究文献,总结了微电子产业追赶的模式,即技术创新演进模式、路径模式、政策模式和组织模式,并提出了未来微电子产业追赶研究的方向。     

Strategic interactions in DRAM and RISC technology: A network approach

Interorganizational cooperation in some high-tech industries is no longer confined to two-company alliances, but entails industry-wide alliance networks. This article examines how industry analysis and network analysis can be combined to provide a thorough understanding of how network positions, and the overall network structure, may play a part in cooperative strategies. Industry analysis can indicate which properties of the network structure and network positions are congruent with the firms' cooperative strategies, but tells us little about how these network characteristics can be measured. Network analysis provides such measures, which can then be used as feedback in the industry analysis. The article illustrates this approach by comparing the alliance networks associated with the DRAM and RISC microprocessor technologies.
