马克思"经理阶层"理论研究

随着我国社会阶层构成的新变化,经理阶层日益引起了社会各界的关注,认真研究马克思关于“经理阶层”的思想,探讨经理阶层的形成,经理的劳动及其报酬问题,有十分重要的理论与现实意义。     

路径依赖的作用:家庭联产承包责任制的建立与演进

人地比例、耕作技术、土地产权制度之间的互动循环导致了中国历史时期土地产权制度演进中路径依赖的形成。中国目前人口与资源（土地）之间的紧张关系就是历史时期土地产权制度演进的结果，这一约束条件决定了中国土地产权制度只能是朝着更加周密细致地保证农民土地长期使用权与收益权的方向演进。从公社一级到三级所有、大队为基础，到三级所有、队为基础，再到家庭联产承包责任制的建立，直至承包期限由短期变为长期，由15年变为30年。这一步步的演进都是朝着保证农民土地长期使用权与收益权的方向回归，显现出制度变迁过程中路径依赖的作用。由于历史时期土地产权制度演进的影响，家庭联产承包责任制完善的方向应该是土地国家终级所有的前提下，强化农民现有土地长期使用权，并通过法律手段保证土地使用权的转让。     

Board Committees in Corporate Governance: A Cross‐Disciplinary Review and Agenda for the Future

The importance of board committees – specialized subgroups that exist to perform many of the board's most critical functions, such as setting executive compensation, identifying potential board members, and overseeing financial reporting – has grown over time due to increased legal requirements and greater complexity of the environment in which firms operate. This has resulted in a large body of work examining board committees across the accounting, finance, and management disciplines. However, this research has developed rather independently within each discipline, preventing scholars and practitioners from developing a comprehensive understanding of board committees. To address this issue, we conduct a comprehensive review of the literature that: 1) summarizes and synthesizes antecedents and outcomes associated with board committees in publicly‐traded firms in English common law countries; and 2) offers a critical analysis of existing research, providing recommendations for advancements and new directions in board committee research.

股权激励下经理人机会主义行为的经济学分析

从理论上探讨股权激励下经理人机会主义的动机与实现途径。在薪酬委员会不独立时,具有信息优势地位的经理人可以通过在实施激励前尽可能地将股权激励授予时的获取成本压低以及实施激励后通过盈余管理的行为将公司的股价抬高等机会主义行为实现其股权基础薪酬最大化。为了保证股权激励的有效性,应从委员构成以及议事程序等方面进一步提高薪酬委员会的独立性。     

宏观税负与中国劳动报酬份额——基于省级面板数据的研究

文章利用财政体制改革后1994-2007年省级面板数据,系统地分析劳动报酬份额变化的整体趋势及其影响因素。发现固定资产投资、政府相对居民的消费结构对劳动报酬份额产生显著的反向作用力。其中,源于投资方面的负面影响更强。与成本费用利润率的负向作用相比,资本的有机构成短期内更不利于改善劳动报酬;引资竞争对劳动报酬份额间接的负面影响弱于消费结构的负面影响,最终消费结构的失衡进一步凸显了劳动报酬份额在初次分配被弱化的趋势;劳动收入份额与宏观税负的反向关系强于劳动收入份额与教育支出的正向关系。控制了经济结构转型的因素后,宏观税负的提高是阻碍劳动报酬份额改善的重要原因。     

物流企业薪酬管理问题研究

以我国物流企业的薪酬管理为研究对象,采用理论与实践相结合的方法,分析了我国物流企业薪酬管理现状以及存在的主要问题,并从薪酬水平、薪酬体系、薪酬福利以及薪酬管理技术等方面提出了物流企业薪酬管理完善的途径,以实现物流企业薪酬管理的激励效应和赢得人才竞争优势的目标。     

An investigation of the short‐ and long‐run relations between executive cash bonus payments and firm financial performance: a pitch

This letter is a discussion of the application of the pitch template developed by Faff (2015) to a financial accounting research topic. The pitch template focuses ideas into key areas, giving clear and concise direction in planning and structuring the research idea. In this instance, the template is used in a nonlinear manner to develop a research proposal to investigate the relation between cash bonus payments and firm financial performance.     

论我国农业经营体制的创新

联产承包责任制实行二十多年来,对我国农业及整个国民经济的贡献十分巨大.但联产承包责任也有自身无法克服的缺陷,因此应进行适当的体制创新.体制创新的有效途径是以农场替代联产承包责任制.考虑到我国人多地少等客观条件,这个转制过程应是渐进的.     

INCOME DISTRIBUTIONS IN INPUT-OUTPUT MODELS

The analysis of income distribution (ID) has traditionally been of prime importance for economists and policy-makers. However, the standard input–output (I–O) model is not particularly well equipped for studying current issues such as the consequences of decreasing access to primary inputs or the effects of specific redistributive policies. This paper addresses this gap in the existing literature. We propose that IDs can excellently be studied by restructuring the I–O relations. A new coefficients matrix is defined, the so-called augmented input coefficients matrix. This matrix is the sum of the intermediate input coefficients matrix and newly constructed matrices of sector-specific input coefficients that represent the existing distribution of income. We show that shifts in the distribution can be modelled by attributing weights to these matrices and vary these according to system-specific rules. Numerical illustrations based on the existing literature are given throughout the paper.
