试论人文精神在2000版ISO9001质量标准中的蕴涵

近代管理科学的发展,经历了一个以"物"为中心的管理向以"人"为中心管理的转移过程。所谓 "管理的回归本色",其内涵是管理不是单纯的控制,而是一种如何使人的价值在组织的经营活动中得到实现 及如何尊重人的价值。这一理论视角的转换,在改版后的2000版ISO9001标准中得到了鲜明的体现和阐释。     

Auditor conservatism and voluntary disclosure: Evidence from the Year 2000 systems issue

This study further examines the phenomenon of conservative auditor behaviour by considering the level of voluntary disclosure of Year 2000 remediation information in company annual reports. Previous studies have provided evidence of conservative auditor behaviour by examining the link between Big 6 auditor choice and accruals (Francis and Krishnan 1999; Becker et al ., 1998; Defond and Subramanyam 1998). Protecting their reputation capital increases Big 6 auditor incentives to act conservatively to avoid litigation risk. We propose and find that Big 6 auditor clients disclose more Year 2000 remediation information than non–Big 6 auditor clients.

Mean-variance hedging for interest rate models¶with stochastic volatility

The mean-variance hedging approach for pricing and hedging claims in incomplete markets was originally introduced for risky assets. The aim of this paper is to apply this approach to interest rate models in the presence of stochastic volatility, seen as a consequence of incomplete information. We fix a finite number of bonds such that the volatility matrix is invertible and provide an explicit formula for the density of the variance-optimal measure which is independent of the chosen times of maturity. Finally, we compute the mean-variance hedging strategy for a caplet and compare it with the optimal stategy according to the local risk minimizing approach. 小浪底水库2000-2006年运用效果分析

对小浪底水库2000-2006年的运用效果进行了分析,结果表明:①自1999年10月至2006年10月,小浪底水库库区累计淤积量为21.27亿m3,其中干流淤积量为18.01亿m3,支流淤积量为3.26亿m3,利津以上河段累计冲刷泥沙13.23亿t,黄河下游河道主河槽最小平滩流量已由2002年汛前的1 800 m3/s增大至3 500 m3/s左右;②2002-2006年,水库实施了5次调水调沙,均实现了下游主槽的全线冲刷;③经三门峡、小浪底等水库联合调度,有效削减了洪峰流量,减小了下游河道发生漫滩洪水的几率,减轻了滩区群众淹没损失;④小浪底水库的合理调度不仅确保了特枯水年黄河下游不断流,改善了下游河道生态环境,而且多次为外流域供水;⑤1999-2006年,小浪底水电站累计发电量为255.92亿kW·h.     

三峡电站模拟操作及运行方式管理系统的研究与实现

探讨了水电站培训仿真系统的主要用途及典型配置,然后详细描述了三峡模拟操作及运行方式管理系统的主要功能,最后介绍了本系统的关键技术-自主研发的Simulog语言。Simulog是中水科技自主创新的面向水电站仿真的过程模型描述语言,可以实现控制流程和水电站设备数学模型的计算机描述和解析运行。通过对水电站运行人员模拟倒闸操作并检查正确性,确保运行操作工单的正确性,提高了对运行方式管理的可追溯性,杜绝误操作,模拟操作及运行方式管理系统作为运行人员的操作培训平台提高操作质量,达到安全性评价的要求。     

Diminishing effects of location? Some evidence from Swiss municipalities, 1950–2000

This paper analyzes how location has affected, in the second half of the twentieth century, the population growth of 2889 municipalities in Switzerland. The analysis demonstrates the temporal relativity of location attributes, even for small territorial divisions, such as the Swiss cantons. However, we also show that, both absolute and relative location attributes have weakened over time as population growth predictors, apparently due to improving road infrastructures, and growing motorization. The study has been made possible by a detailed historical population and accessibility database available for Swiss municipalities. To the best of our knowledge, no database of such scope and quality is available for any other European country.

高频地波雷达作为一种海洋遥感的重要手段，已有30多年的历史，它可用于海洋表面风、浪、流等状态参数的提取，还可用于目标探测，在专属经济区的监测中，高频地波雷达具有无可比拟的优势。本文介绍了高频地波雷达的发展历史和研究现状及其应用领域，详细叙述了武汉大学研制的高频地波雷达OSMAR2000的体系结构、性能指标和信号处理方法，最后对该研究领域的发展趋势作了简要分析。
