一体化管理体系实施策划的过程及其主要内容

当前,企业正迫切需要建立一个综合性的管理体系,以期在满足各个标准的基础上实现组织整体的发展目标。本文对一体化管理体系(IMS)的实施策划过程及其主要内容进行探讨,旨在为企业建立一体化的管理体系提供参考。     

Integration of Individualized Management Systems （MSs） as an Aggregating Factor of Sustainable Value for Organizations An Overview Through a Review of the Literature

Nowadays, there exist various standards for individual management systems （MSs）, at least, one for each stakeholder. New ones will be published. An integrated management system （IMS） aims to integrate some or all components of the business into one coherent and efficient MS. Maximizing integration is more and more a strategic priority in that it constitutes an opportunity to eliminate and/or reduce potential factors of destruction of value for the organizations and also to be more competitive and consequently promote its sustainable success. A preliminary investigation was conducted on a Portuguese industrial company which, over the years, has been adopting gradually, in whole or in part, individualized management system standards （MSSs）. A research, through a questionnaire, was performed with the objective to develop, in a real business environment, an adequate and efficient IMS-QES （quality, environment, and safety） model and to potentiate for the future a generic IMS model to integrate other MSSs. The strategy and research methods have taken into consideration the case study. It was obtained a set of relevant conclusions resulting from the statistical analyses of the responses to the survey. Globally, the investigation results, by themselves, justified and prioritized the conception of a model of development of the IMS-QES and consequent definition and validation of a structure of an IMS-QES model, to be implemented at the small- and medium-sized enterprise （SME） where the investigation was conducted.

为促进信息消费,我国在2013年底发放了4G牌照,LTE在我国即将迎来快速发展期。LTE网络自2009年12月北欧首个商用局开通以来,已经历了全球范围的部署热潮。而用户数则是在2011年中期北美市场推出数款支持LTE的手机终端后,才迎来了爆发式增长。分析表明,LTE网络的深度部署,创新资费模式的推出和语音解决方案的成熟,有力的推动了终端形态从数据终端向手机终端的过渡。随着网络的成熟,手机终端在LTE终端中的占比还将持续上升,最终成为LTE终端的绝对主流。     

基于IMS模式的创新电子商务人才培养模式改革研究与实践

随着经济全球化趋势不断增强，电子商务成为这种新经济的主导力量。因此，发展电子商务对我国国民经济和社会发展起着重要的作用，但是也给电子商务人才培养带来了诸多的问题。文中提出了一种新的“IMS”理念，并将此理念贯穿电子商务人才培养模式的始终，给出了实践方案，最终体现高职高专教育在创新型IMS电子商务职业人才培养模式方面的特性。     

Evaluating Wisconsin dairy producer compliance and potential eligibility for international markets under existing European Union and United States Grade “A” bulk tank somatic cell count compliance criteria

A proposal to lower the bulk tank Somatic Cell Count (SCC) maximum for United States of America (US) Grade “A” milk producers was not adopted by the National Conference on Interstate Milk Shipments in 2011 or 2013. The proposal would have made the US Grade “A” limit consistent with many other international standards, including that of the European Union (EU). Some US states, however, have proactively adopted their own SCC limit to mirror the EU limit. The purpose of this study was to analyze the impacts on Wisconsin dairy producers if Wisconsin should adopt the current EU limit and compliance criterion. Analyses were done on SCC results for Wisconsin Grade “A” and Grade “B” dairy producers reported each month to the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (WDATCP) during January 1, 2009–December 31, 2012. Results were evaluated against the current US Grade “A” and EU compliance criteria for SCC and the percentage of (producer × month) combinations in compliance was determined. If the current EU SCC compliance criterion was in place, 86.7–94.3 and 64.3–77.3% of Wisconsin Grade “A” and “Grade “B” (producer × month) combinations, respectively, would have been in compliance for the years 2009–2012. Compliance of Wisconsin Grade “A” and Grade “B” producers with the existing US SCC compliance criterion during the same period was 99.3–99.7% and 87.9–93.9% (producer × month combinations) respectively. An analysis of a subset of Wisconsin Grade “A” producers indicated that smaller-volume producers were less likely than larger-volume producers to meet the EU criterion.

3GPP在UMTS R5中提出IMS作为下一代网络(NGN)技术在移动通信中的实现,但IMS业务触发机制的缺陷给交互管理带来挑战.把IMS中业务特征冲突分为SCFI(Single Component Fea-ture Interaction)和MCFI(Multi-component Feature Interaction)两类,利用SIP协议的可扩展性携带业务触发信息,提出解决MCFI类业务冲突的算法及方案.此方案为3GPP Service Broker标准制定提供了参考.
