| 摘 要： | 以西部11座省会城市作为研究对象,对其可持续发展状况从资源、环境、科技、经济、社会五个子系统进行了评价和比较,并按综合评价值排序进行了分类研究,据此提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | The paper evaluates and compares the 11 capital cities in the western provinces of China in such aspects as natural resources,environment,technology,economy and society.According to the comprehensive evaluation,the writer gives these cities a further study in a classified order,thus,puts forward the counter-measures of the cities' sustainable development in the west of China. |
