| 摘 要： | 目前，我国总体上已进入以工促农、以城带乡的新的发展阶段，国家必须调整国民收入分配格局，支持保护农业。在这方面，农业经营同是小规模分户经营的日本和韩国，在实现农业现代化进程中，其调整国民收入分配格局、支持和保护农业的许多实践做法值得我国借鉴。

| Abstract: | At present,China has been in a newstage of promoting agriculture with the help of industry,so it is necessary to adjust national income distribution to support and protect our agriculture.In the process of agriculture modernization,there are many valuable practical experiences from Japan and Korea on ways of supporting and protecting their agriculture by adjusting national income distribution,which are worth studying for they have the same model of small-scale and household-run in agricultural management. |
