Under the background of globalization,all the developing countries,including China,are facing challenges not only from world economics,but also from world culture.So it's very important to carry through the guiding position of Marxism in the field of ideology to the end and constantly bring forth new ideas in socialist ideology.We should develop the cultural industry and market opening based on the scientific development,carry forward the national culture,strengthen our creative ability on national culture,and strive for the establishment of new international civilization order to strengthen the national cultural safety coefficient.
