| Abstract: | This paper introduces the risks the financial industry confront concerning the imperfect information. Focusing on the governance of the financial environment and how to avoid and resolve the financial risks, this thesis offers an answer to the improvement of the legislation of the social credit, the criterion of the government administration as well as the enhancement of law implementation and supervision. |
