基于导游情绪曲线的游客满意度研究

摘    要:提升游客满意度一直是旅行社经营的主要目标之一,导游作为旅行社和游客的中介,对这一目标的实现起到至关重要的作用。在实证调查的基础之上,以导游在工作过程中的情绪变化为出发点,绘制了导游情绪曲线图,分析了导游情绪与游客满意度之间的关系,阐述了影响导游情绪的主要因素,最后提出了根据导游情绪曲线来提高游客满意度的几点建议.

Abstract:How to improve the tourists' satisfactory degree has been one of the most important aims in travel agency running.Tour guides play crucial role in connecting the travel agency with tourists.Based on the demonstrative study,the paper starts with concerning the change of emotion of tour guides in their works,draws a tour guides' emotional chart,analyses the relationship between the tour guides' emotion and the tourists' satisfaction,and defines the major factors which can influence the emotion of the tour guides.In the end, the paper points out how to improve the satisfactory degree during traveling by using the chart.
