国内外科技项目绩效考评研究及对安徽省的借鉴

科技项目绩效考评是建立健全政府绩效管理制度的重要内容。目前我国科技项目绩效考评还不规范,通过对国内外科技项目绩效考评经验的梳理研究与借鉴,结合安徽省实际,提出了建立完善绩效考评制度体系、探索科技项目全生命周期管理模式和加强绩效考评团队建设等建议。

Study on the Scientific Project Performance Appraisal at Home and Abroad with Use for Reference in Anhui Province

Scientific project performance appraisal is one important part of establishing and improving the appraisal system of the Government. There is incompleteness of the current domestic scientific project performance appraisal system. This paper proposed several suggestions specifically for Anhui province, which are improving the scientific project appraisal system, groping for an new administrative system for the whole circle of scientific project and strengthening the construction of the scientific project appraisal group by studied the scientific project performance appraisal experiences at Home and Abroad.
