摘    要:随着市场竞争日益加剧,人才流动也成为经济生活中的正常现象,企业员工离职现象也越来越普遍。企业应通过与员工保持"终身交往",进行双向的价值交换和个性化沟通,使员工为企业创造最大的价值,将离职员工变成企业的宝贵资源。

Abstract:With the growing competition in the market,the flowing of talent has become a normal phenomenon in the economic life. Enterprise employee turnover would be common increasingly. Enterprise should maintain "lifelong engagement" by the way of a mutual value exchange and individual communication. Based on the above point,staff would create the most value—service and employees would become a valuable corporate resources.
