| Abstract: | Applying the theory of new institutional economics, especially the theory of institutional change of North, this paper analyzes the developing direction, path and performance of Chinese business incubator from three aspects: the institutional environment, the power balance of these main parts of institutional change and the knowledge accumulation of these main parts of institutional change. |
