| 摘 要： | 由近期报载外资银行业务涉及收费一事引起对现行中国商业银行入世后的忧虑，根据我国目前商业银行的特点，结合外资银行对我国银行业可能造成的影响，试图寻求一条针对外资银行的特点以加强我国商业银行竞争力的道路，建立加入WTO后新型的中国商业银行体系。
