The Building of Fastener Management Mode

Currently, the fact that how effectively fastener is used in automobile enterprises is yet to be systematically reflected. Product engineers have to design and choose fasteners according to needs of parts, which in turn will add difficulties for engineers to choose and check fasteners, waste human resources, material resources and increase purchasing cost. The article studies the building of fastener management mode so as to achieve segmentation and professional management of auto parts, lower costs and enhance the overall quality of auto products.
