中国农民就业结构变迁研究

从19世纪后期开始,中国农民的就业结构出现缓慢的变化。改革开放以后,农民的就业结构发生了巨大的变化。改革开放之初,90%以上的农村劳动力从事农业劳动,今天,近半数农村劳动力从事工商业劳动。农民就业结构的变化,增加了农民的收入,也推动了中国农村以及中国社会结构的巨变。

On Change of Employment Structure of Chinese Rural labor

After the economic reform and opening up,the employment structure of rural labor has undergone a dramatic change.At the beginning of the reform,more than 90% of rural labor was engaged in agricultural production.Now about half of the labor is conducting industrial and business activities.The change of the employment structure has increased farmers' income and has promoted the transformation of China's rural and social structure.
