On the Human-Based Management of Modern Enterprises from the Standpoint of Ruled by Law

With the rapid development of Chinds economy and then process of building a socialist country governed according to law moving forward, the value direction of humanism is also reflected in the enterprise management which is regarded as the important main market body of modem society. The human-oriented management of modem enterprises is based on the background of ruled by law; and the study from the standpoint of ruled by law is helpful for modem enterprises to adopt the requirement of a socialist country of law.
