| 摘 要： | 从国有林场的财务管理、人力资源管理、森林资源管理和国有林场改革等方面梳理我国国有林场管理及改革的研究现状，发现国有林场在管理体制、经营机制、人力资源管理、财务管理、森林资源管理等方面存在着许多的不适性。分析现有文献研究的不足，对我国国有林场在未来的发展趋势进行了评述和展望。

| Abstract: | This paper reviewed the research status of the oumanagement and reformation of state-owned forest farms by studying the financial management, human resource management, forest resource management and the reform of state-owned forest farms. Then, the paper pointed out the existing problems of state-owned forest farms on management system, operating mechanisms, human resource management, financial management and forest resource management. Therefore, the paper summarized significance and existing shortcoming of the current research, and prospected the future developmental tendency in this field. |
