| 摘 要： | 物流外包已成为企业缩减成本、赢得竞争优势以及提升消费者服务水平的重要策略,其中,物流外包关系扮演着重要的角色。文章从物流外包关系类型、发展阶段、影响因素及绩效构成等方面进行梳理和评述,并指出了研究不足和未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Logistics outsourcing is the source of cutting down cost,gaining competitive advantage and improving customer ser vice level for the firm,and logistics outsourcing relationship plays an important role on them.The paper reviews on types,key stages,influencing factors and performance of logistics outsourcing relationship,and analyzes the shortcomings and the fu ture directions. |
