| 摘 要： | 建设工程消耗量定额作为政府对建筑经济市场宏观调控的有效手段,是企业自主报价的重要基准,是市场价格评判的社会尺度,是行政执法监督的技术依据。随着建设工程造价计价依据改革步伐的加快,政府宏观调控、企业自主报价、市场形成价格、社会全面监督的工程造价管理体系将逐步确立和强化。

| Abstract: | Construction engineering wastage quota severs as an effective means for government micro-control to the construction market,an important benchmark for independent valuation of enterprise,social criterion for market price and technical basis for monitoring administrative enforcement.With the changing of cost valuation for construction engineering, the management system of construction cost will be established and strengthened featuring government micro-control,independent valuation of enterprise,market-oriented price and social supervision. |
