| 摘 要： | 分析了我国水文水资源领域的科技现状及其发展趋势,剖析了我国水文水资源技术领域存在的主要问题。结合我国的基本国情,认识经济社会发展对水文水资源提出的科技需求,在总结近年来国内水文水资源领域的科技创新、技术进步及其实践效果的基础上,提出近期水文水资源领域适于推广转化的重点技术。 |
