| 摘 要： | 学术权力是因学术而产生,为学术发展而存在的权力.当前制约学术权力有效行使的原因有历史的、体制的、法律的、制度的以及观念上的因素.应对的对策是:正确认识学术权力,改革管理高校体制,完善法律法规,建立学术委员会制度,扩大对外开放.
