| 摘 要： | 养老保险制度改革关系到所有企业职工和退休人员的切身利益，关系到社会的稳定和发展。建立和完善养老保险制度，是经济社会持续快速健康发展的基本要求。养老保险制度的改革发展，关系着广大企业职工和离退休人员的切身利益，关系着社会经济的发展，关系着社会的繁荣稳定。因此，建立健全一套适合我国国情的养老保险制度势在必行。

| Abstract: | The reform of old-age insurance system concerns not only the benefits of enterprises'staff and the retired, but the stability and development of the whole society.Establishing and improving the old-age insurance system is the basic requirement of social sustained,rapid and sound development.And it also relates social prosperity and stability.Therefore,it is inevitable to establish and improve the old-age insurance system that suits Chinese specific situations. |
