| 摘 要： | 公共危机因其影响广泛、破环性巨大正越来越受到各国的重视。2008年的越南金融危机是繁荣已久的世界市场倒下的第一张多米诺骨牌,谁将成为下一个?抑或这仅仅是一次独立危机?文章将通过越南危机分析我国发生公共危机的可能性。
