身份政治：回归社区后的北京市下岗失业职工的生计策略

本文基于北京市城区下岗职工的日常生活策略访谈和田野调查而来，关注北京国企下岗职工回归社区后，如何通过身份斗争来谋取资源，维持生计。回归社区后的下岗失业职工的集体身份，由多重因素建构，并且服从于实践利益的需要。本文并没有刻意导向阶级分析的思路，而是沿着文化身份的意义进行分析。

The Politics of Social Status:Survival Strategies of Beijing's Laid-off Workers in the Urban Community

This study is based on interviews of laid-off workers who live in the urban communities of Beijing, and focuses on the survival strategies of these workers after losing their social status as industrial workers. As members of urban communities, these laid-off workers are using their social status to fight for resources. Their new social status is multi-dimensional and their utilization of this new social status is practically orientated. The approach of this study is, therefore, a cultural analysis of social status rather than a class analysis.
