Analysis of Social Relation of Private Credit in China

Private credit base is in a profound historical and cultural background. From social structure of development of private credit, this paper discussed that the affinity and geographic relationship is basic condition of maintenance in private credit. Customary and ethics is maintenance principle of private credit. Guarantee and punishment is major way of maintenance of private credit. The control and supervision of credit risk reflects punishment principle of combinations with love, reason and law in traditional society. The flexible structural relationship of private credit is integrated with the modem credit systems.
