| 摘 要： | 福建省在海峡两岸人民交流合作的法律保障方面一直走在全国的前列,但若以建设两岸人民交流合作先行区为指标进行考察,则仍需进一步改进和完善。在建设先行区背景下,应当从强化涉台法治观念、创新地方涉台立法、优化行政执法,创建高效、多元的司法救济机制等方面完善对两岸人民交流合作的法律保障。

| Abstract: | Fujian province ranked fist in the legal guarantee on people's communication and cooperation on both sides of the straits.While it still needed to improve and perfect if we had a study on the indicators of constructing the antecedence zone of people's communication and cooperation on both sides of the straits.Under the background of constructing the antecedence zone,it should perfect the legal guarantee on people's communication and cooperation on both sides of the straits from such aspects as strengthening the law conception related to Taiwan,innovating in local legislation related to Taiwan,optimizing administrative enforcement,building an effective,multiple judicatory relief mechanism. |
