浅谈水资源利用及水环境污染控制的管理及对策

创造持续发展的人居环境成为面向21世纪的建设目标,而水的问题则是二十一世纪关系到人类社会持续发展的重要战略问题之一,是达到这一目标的关键领域。我们不仅要考虑留给后代充足的水,而且应该是清洁的水,这是我们地球人类所共同努力的目标。人类依赖水而生存,水环境亦需要人类的保护而完成循环,两个方面相互依存。保护水环境、珍惜水资源就是保护人类自己。面对水污染日益严重的形势,结合工作实践,提出了解决水环境问题的对策,加强水资源的规划管理,对我国的水资源管理问题提出了自己的看法。

Simple Discussion on Water Resource Utilization and Management and Solution for Water Environment Pollution Control

The survival of human being relays on water. Water environment on the other hand needs the protection of human to finish the cycling. They are interdependent. Protecting water environment,value water resource is equals to protect human. Facing the increasingly serious water pollution situation,combining the work experience,the author puts forward the countermeasures for the solving of water environment problem and strengthening the plan and management of water resource. The author gives his own opinion on problems in our country＇s water resource management.
