摘    要:随着我国加入WTO和经济全球化步伐的加快,特别是跨国公司的迅速发展,企业闻的竞争越来越白热化。在这个特殊的历史阶段,人才成了企业立足市场并获得成功的关键,同时“人本管理理念”正成为企业的核心理念。如何提高员工的工作满意度,真正做到以人为中心,成了企业现实中亟待解决的问题。

Review on Employee JOB Satisfaction
Abstract:With the entrance to the WTO and the economic globalization speed-up, especially the rapid multinational corporations' development, competitions are becoming more and more fierce among enterprises. In this special historic period, talent becomes the key element deciding whether an enterprise can get into the market and be successful. At the same time, "human-centered management" is becoming an essantial idea in enterprises. How to enhance employees' JOB satisfaction to achieve human-centered management is an urgent issue to be solved indeed.
