摘    要:为了探讨运动训练对机体心血管系统内分泌功能的影响,以Sprague-Dawley(SD)大鼠为运动模型进行为期8周大负荷的运动训练,测定其血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)、降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)含量,结果发现,长期大负荷的运动训练后,大鼠血浆ADM含量呈下降趋势、CGRP含量显著性下降。表明,长期大负荷运动训练可导致ADM、CGRP两种血管活性肽的分泌失衡,会对健康不利。

Abstract:In order to explore the effect of exercise training on endocrine function of circulatory system, the content of the plasma Adrenomedullin (ADM), Calcitoningene-related peptide (CGRP) in rats are measured after 8 weeks swimming training with big loads. In this course the content of plasma ADM tend to decrease and CGRP are distinctly decreased by the long-time high intension sports training. The conclusion suggests that long-time high intension sports training will lead to the turbulence of vessel active peptide, which is harmful to health.
