| 摘 要： | 从WTO有关金融服务业的基本原则 ,加入WTO的条件与业务的阐述 ,进而论述加入WTO对我国证券市场可能产生的积极方面、消极方面的影响 ,推导出加入WTO对中国证券市场的影响总体效应是利大于弊 ,对于推动我国证券市场持续健康发展与国际化进程具有积极的作用。

| Abstract: | From the discussion on the principles of finance industry and the conditions and obligations of entering WTO, the paper gives a further discussion on the positive and negative influences that the entrance to WTO brings to China's stock market and concludes that the entrance does more good than harm and pushes positively the healthy development and internationalized process of China's stock market. |
