论新时期道德体系的重新建构

文章分析了市场经济对道德的双重效应。提出道德重构的基础选择 :建构以马克思主义的共产主义道德为基础 ,吸取中华民族传统道德和现代西方道德文明精华的 ,符合时代要求的 ,有中国特色的社会主义道德体系。强调道德重构的根本途径在于把法制强化到道德建设的各个层面 ,把道德建设纳入“依法治国”的大策略中。

On the reconstruction of the moral system in the new period

The paper analyses the double effects that market economy brings to morality and advocates the basic choice of moral reconstruction, i.e., with Marxist communist morality as the base, to absorb the essence of Chinese traditional morality and modern western civilization and to construct a socialist moral system with Chinese characteristics which accords with the demand of the epoch. It emphasizes that the fundamental way to moral reconstruction lies in strengthening laws and regulations into every levels of moral construction and putting moral construction into the great strategy of "managing state affairs with law".
