股票期权是对年薪制的有效完善

摘    要:为了强化对企业经营者的激励 ,近年来不少地方对经营者实行年薪制。现行的年薪制普遍存在着诸如容易导致经营者的短期行为以及考核指标不规范等问题。借鉴西方国家企业普遍实行股票期权激励机制的做法 ,结合我国国情 ,对我国企业经营者实行股票期权与年薪制相结合的“股票期权年薪制”是完善现行年薪制的一种有效办法。

Abstract:In order to strengthen the excitation of the personnel managing enteprises,recently a lot of places are carrying out the yearly salary system.The current yearly salary system is easy to lead it to short term behaviours and no standardizations in inspection.By making use of the excitation systerms of share alloted time ownership generally executed by western enterprises,and combining with our state conditions,to carry out the unification of share with allotted time ownership and yearly salary system in our state-owned enterprises is an effective way of perfecting our current yearly salary system.
