| Abstract: | According to the natural and social condition in the Westchina,the auther analyzes the problems appears in the Westchina and offers countermeasures to the realities of China.They are to grab the historic chance and change the ideological concept;to improve the infrastructure and promote the equipment function;to increase the investment fund and upgrade the investment way;to develop culture education and speed up the intelligent cultivation;to strengthen the governmental function and improve the art of management. |
